Credo for Organization Solar Energy


We must be able to provide cost effective and competent solutions to government, households
and industries as our first responsibility is towards our customers who put faith in our
organisation and our products.
We must endeavour to develop a strong value chain such that each participant should is fairly
profited.
The projects given to us must be completed in a time bound manner and with acceptable levels
of quality to increase the credibility of our organisation. Systems developed by us should be
highly reliable and sustainable.
We must focus on research and development to lower our and to increase outputs. We must be
able to come up with unique products and solutions which are novel in the industry, yet we must
not exercise monopolistic behaviour. As the costs go down, we must pass these economic effects
to the end users to ensure affordability.
Our second responsibility must be towards our collaborators.
With the growth of our business, our suppliers and downstream distributors must also prosper.
We must ensure keeping a healthy level of margins at each step so that we can build our business
sustainably so as to satisfy all the collaborators. Moreover, we must ensure that we receive
quality goods from our suppliers by clearing their bills regularly and in time and building a
healthy symbiotic relationship with them.
We must serve our creditors timely and pay our debts regularly. Defaulting on our debt may
create a cascading effect on the economy and it is our moral responsibility to avoid it at any cost.
Our third responsibility is towards our employees.
We must treat all our workers with dignity and respect.
We must create an environment where diversity prevails, each and every employee is provided
with equal opportunity to grow personally and professionally
We must cultivate team spirit and build camaraderie among the employees so that they trust each
other and collectively work together to help the organisation grow.
We must develop an environment that fosters curiosity among the employees so that they
question the business practices and help us continuously innovate and improve for the better.
Our compensation policy in terms of both wages and other benefits must be fair and at par with
the industry standards so that the employees feel well cared for which would further foster
loyalty towards the organisation.

We must create a humane and collaborative environment where managers are empowered to take
ethical decisions and are not forced to compromise with their values and moral standards.
We must strive to develop our managers skills by facilitating continuous learning so that their
lives are enriched and they can grow along with the organisation. We must develop leaders of
future who will be contribute towards the growth story of the future and bring such business
avenues that have the potential to succeed.
The managers must be able to work in complete harmony with the workers to help further the
organisational goals.
Our fourth responsibility is towards the world we live in and the People.
We must spread awareness about the environment and sustainable development.
We must be sensitive towards nature and do our bit to reduce our countrys carbon footprint and
contribute in lowering the incessant exploitation of resources by providing alternative means of
harnessing energy. Furthermore, our product must be such that it does not create any aberration
in the environment and helps in its conservation.
We must be sensitive towards the community at large and ensure that they are not harmed
through our activities. Apart from this, we must work towards increasing their standards of living
and quality of life.
We must consider social cost of our activities and aim at maximizing the social benefits and not
only the economic benefits.
In order to fulfil our responsibility towards the community and the society, we must make efforts
to conduct such CSR activities that lead to the upliftment of the underprivileged citizens of the
country so as to give back to the society we reside in.
We must follow the rules and regulations imposed by the government also pay our dues towards
the government on time and not try to obtain any favours using unethical means.
Our fifth responsibility is towards our promoters.
We must work hard to earn enough profits which justifies our promoters investments and we can
generate healthy returns for them through dividends and ensure periodic earnings for our
shareholders.
Additionally, we must reinvest the remaining resources in the business which will enable us to
outgrow our competitors and ultimately maximise stockholders value sustainably.
We must also try to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with our competitors so that there
is healthy competition in the industry and everyone can benefit equitably.
Finally, we must learn from our mistakes and strive not to repeat them in the future.
