ST6 + EEPROM
The ST626X family includes on-board EPROM (4K bytes, ST6263 - 2K bytes), Data RAM (128 bytes) and EEPROM (128 bytes).
Features include: 13/21 I/O lines 6/8 of which can sink 20mA, 8-bit A/D converter, 8-bit counter/8-bit auto-reload timer with capture, compare, auto reset, 125ns resolution and a 7-bit programmable prescaler, synchronous serial peripheral interface and digital watchdog.
The development system includes a programming board, interface to PC, power supply (3 pin), samples, software and comprehensive documentation.

The ST7 Starter Kit has all that is needed to design and debug projects in an integrated
software and hardware package functioning as an evaluation board, development system and a programmer.
Code development starts with the Application builder which helps select the correct
device for a project and allows to set up all the peripherals without going through the
databook.
One key press calls the required option in the Assembly Wizard and the built-in
Professional Assembler does the rest. The integrated programmer programs the finished code into the device or the In Circuit Simulator Debugging Tool can be used.
