THE KIND OF MUSIC I LIKE

Whenever I feel down or tired, I usually listen to pop music to relax or fall asleep. Then, my
feelings actually become better. Secondly, music helps me to make friends. In my

Eating habit
Food gives our bodies the energy we need to function. For many people,
changing eating habits is very hard. But this is some kind of a lifestyle.
I eat 5 meals a day. but not regularly. I eat when I feel that i have to.
I snack all the time. It's a very bad habit. I eat after 9p.m. which is very bad
and unhealthy for our body.
But the good thing is that I eat fruits, fresh juices, milk, proteins,

having a balance diet.

And I try to practice a lot. I have to kip fit. And a good advice for everyone to
change from bad to a good habit: eat fruit for dessert instead of cookies.
