Eating habit
Food gives our bodies the energy we need to function. For many people,
changing eating habits is very hard. But this is some kind of a lifestyle.
I eat 5 meals a day. but not regularly. I eat when I feel that i have to.
I snack all the time. It's a very bad habit. I eat after 9p.m. which is very bad
and unhealthy for our body.
But the good thing is that I eat fruits, fresh juices, milk, proteins,
And I try to practice a lot. I have to kip fit. And a good advice for everyone to
change from bad to a good habit: eat fruit for dessert instead of cookies.
