I.

Simplified electrical distribution schematic should be developed illustrating major load distribution arrangement amongst transformer circuits,
taking into account various design considerations given in the load estimation.

II.

If the total estimated electrical demand exceeds 1500 kVA, electrical load distribution study for each of the transformer circuit shall be carried
out to ensure optimization of load sharing amongst the transformers.

III.

If there is any large motor load, such as motor for chiller, connected to the electrical supply system, stability of electrical power flow analysis
for the connected transformer shall be studied to take into account the effect of motor inrush current.

IV.
V.

The non-linear load includes lighting, power, IT equipment, lift and escalator, and VSD motors.
For in-house project, the electrical loading estimation shall be prepared by STO, checked by PTO and endorsed by PBSE.
For outsource and D&B project, the electrical loading estimation shall be prepared, checked and endorsed by the consultant.
