Summary of quarter 2

The company is named after the founder, Daran Runwatthanasophon. In the beginning
step of my online business, I chose to locate a few stores and an office at Ivory Coast. This is
due to the tense population and the tax rate is low enough for a beginner businessman to
afford.
I have made a decision to invest a large amount of money in business since the beginning,
although there were some closed down stores and factories that were opened temporarily
as they suffered too much loss. Fortunately, our company has eventually discovered that
there are suppliers who are willing to sell low price supply but still remains in high quality;
therefore, my enterprises determine to buy the products from them.

Summary of Financial Profits and Losses

In the first week of company, it was totally a failure because of


inexperience, not earning any profit and there were lots of expenditures
such as supplies and all the employees salaries, but once I readjusted my strategy, my enterprises
revenues began to recover. The initial main source of revenue comes from stores which is due to my
lower cost of goods sold with a high quality, which is able to attract customers. On the other hand,
the most profitable enterprises, comparing among others, were the food warehouses. Their profit is
approximately around $250,000 dollars per week. Comparing them to stores, the strategy is quite the
same, but the warehouses are the whole sellers which provide customers in a big quantity; therefore
the food warehouses could earn more profit than others. Besides, the restaurant is one of the
enterprises that makes my company receive profits. Its speciality is able to sell in a high price with low
prime cost even though this type of enterprise makes the least revenue.

All the stores: Briefly, my stores are located in Germany, Ivory Coast Latvia, and Uzbekistan
because these places have great number of population and wealthy people. Every store
contains at least 10 workers due to the average of 180 costumers per week. They sell foodstuff
and clothes which will make a large amount of revenue. The revenue from local stores is
approximately $150,000 per week, although in some weeks, stores get loss.

Food Warehouses: There are only two warehouses that were built up in small size, located in
Germany and Uzbekistan. The specialisation of them is chosen to sell only the food stuff to
costumers. In addition, they not only buy the products from suppliers but also receive some leftover goods from the stores and resell them.

Restaurant: From not having any experience in restaurant before, I established a new restaurant.
The consequence is triumphant and not difficult to manage since I have to buy only few supplies
from other companies. The set-up price of my restaurant is below the average price of the market
but the product contains high quality; hence this enterprise often earns $20,000-$25,000 per week.

The graph of revenues and expenses indicates that the


company suffered the loss in the beginning which was my
expectation. The reason was to increase the asset value
rapidly, causing high expenditures. Therefore, it would be
beneficial to my company since in the near future, it would
highly gain profit. On 19 November, the company eventually
gained profit,receiving $317,633.19.

According to the line graph, the asset value and


cash have been continuously increasing since the
beginning. Between 14/11/2016 and 19/11/2016, I
decided to invest large amount of money; hence, the
assets line hastily went upward. It was my
accomplishment due to the more asset value, the
better of the company will be in the future. In addition, I
will still remain this good progress and keep it better by
investing more money into my business.

The column graph shows that my business has


been expanding till present since I decided to
build up some stores, offices, warehouses and a
restaurant. In order to accomplish my goal which
is expanding business worldwide, getting more
new subdivisions will probably be included in the
pathway of my success. Moreover, the gigantic
change occurred from Q1 Mid to Q1 End due to
during that period, I attempted to put a lot of
effort in investment.

This store, located in Germany, had high


expenditures. During the Q1 End and Q2 Mid, I faced to
certain difficulties such as the renting area and the
payment of employees which is much higher than other
places. Additionally, I was an amateur to invest large
amount of money buying products from supplies. From
having some experiences and failures, I began to
regulate wisely. Regarding to the graph, the store
received a tremendous profit in Q2 End and not high

Regarding to the graph, it generally discovers the


number of costumers per week in each store. Among the
stores during from Q1Mid to Q2 End period, the store
located in Venezuela, is considered to be the highest in the
attraction of customers. Moreover, this is the only store that
has an improvement since the customers increase every
check point. In the meantime, I will attempt to adjust
another store in order to make their processes similar to the
store that is located in Venezuela.

During from Q1 to Q2 mid, this store, located in


Ivory Coast, had less popularity. There might be
circumstances, causing it to have a low popularity.
Turning point fortunately occured in Q2 Mid since I
began to pay more money in advertising, improve
a quality of employees, and decrease the sales
prices. The graph line between Q2 Mid and Q2 End
increases up from from 0.04 to 8.29 of the number
of popularity.
