GENERAL SUMMARY
The company is named after the founder, Daran
Runwatthanasophon. In the beginning step of my
online business at Q1 Mid, I chose to locate a few
stores and an office at Ivory Coast due to the tense
population and the tax rate. I have made a decision
to invest a large amount of money in business since
the beginning. Fortunately, our company has
eventually discovered that there are suppliers who
are willing to sell low price supply but still remains in
high quality.
After the passing through the Q2 End point, I
attempted to remain my progress but, miserably,
those suppliers ,whom my stores and other enterprise
always bought from, went out of business. This led to
various conflicts, affecting my business to suffer a
tremendous loss in Q3 Mid. However, my business
began to recover after that big loss since I eventually
figured what to sell.

Summary of Financial Profits and Losses


Through Q1 and Q2, the initial main source of revenue comes from stores and food warehouses which
were due to my lower cost of goods sold with high qualities, which would able to attract customers. The profit of
food warehouse is approximately around $250,000 dollars per week, considered to be the highest. Besides, the
restaurants speciality is able to sell in a high price with low prime cost even though this type of enterprise makes
the least revenue.
After the Q2 period eventually ended, I had learnt many new experiences to improve my business. My
businesss revenue is currently based on warehouse. Unfortunately, in Q3 and Q4, all my stores could not gain
profit as before due to some circumstances. The profit from stores tremendously diminished from $150,000 to
$50,000 in average. In contrast, my food warehouses still remained the good progress and, moreover, the profit
from them rapidly increased from $250,000 to $350,000. Because this type of enterprise is the wholesaler, I provided
an enormous number of products to costumers. In case of restaurant, the profit slightly raised and it continued
being beneficial to my business.
All the stores: Generally, in the Quarter 1 and Quarter 2, the revenue from local stores was approximately $150,000 per
week, although in some weeks, stores got loss, but the turning point occured after the Q2 ended. In the beginning of
Q3, all stores suffered loss despite great locations with big population and wealth. All stores have to stop selling the
foodstuffs which have a high quality and low cost of goods sold; therefore there would be fewer available products
for customers.
Food Warehouses: There are only two small warehouses in Germany and Uzbekistan. The specialisation of them is
chosen to sell only the food stuff to costumers. In the third and fourth quarter, my warehouses adjusted the selling
products in order to receive more revenues. One the main reasons that products must be changed is that supplier
whom I always bought from, eventually closed there business down.
Restaurant: Without any experience in restaurant before, I established a new restaurant. The set-up price of my
restaurant is below the average price of the market, while the product contains a high quality. After Q2 End,
gradually, the restaurant enabled to gain higher profit than between Q1 and Q2. Because of products quality
improvement, this caused the restaurant to attract more customers, earning higher profit from $20,000 to $30,000.

Regarding to the graph, although the my business could gain lack of profit and
revenue in the beginning but after the Q3 End, my business highly earned it. There was a criss
which was at the Q3 Mid point since I invested tremendously and some enterprises just ran
out of supply simultaneously. However, my business finally earn the gigantic profit at Q4 End
and most the it came from the food warehouses.

Relating to the line graph, the asset value
and cash have been continuously increasing since
the beginning. Between Q2 Mid and Q2 End, I
decided to invest large amount of money; hence,
the assets line hastily went upward.
Furthermore, in spite of the the cash harshly
recessed at the Q4 Mid due to many situations, it
finally enabled to recover at the Q4 End. Forward,
I believe that my businesss cash will continuos
rising unless I spend large amount of money on
investment. Additionally, for the asset, it sustains
the its splendid progress till present. I attempt
increase the investment in order to make the
assets line goes up perfectly.

From Q1 Mid TO Q4 End, the graph indicates that my


business has been expanding since I decided to build up some
stores, offices, warehouses and a restaurant. In order to
accomplish my goal which is expanding business worldwide,
getting more new subdivisions will probably be included in
the pathway of my success. In the mean time, one main
reason that one of my subdivisions has to close down during
the growth, is because it has never earned profit and of
inexperience.

During Q1 and Q2, it generally


discovered the number of costumers
per week in each store. Among the
stores, the store located in Venezuela,
is considered to be the highest in the
attraction of customers.
Comparing to the recent report,
the store, located in Venezuela, was the
highest in costumers, but now, it was
changed. The number of customers in
Darans store rapidly extends and is
above 200 per week which is currently
the highest.

According to the graph, the most profitable


store was changed after the Q2 End. Recently,
the most profitable store, located in Ivory 300000
Coast, earned the highest profit than other
stores. Due to more experiences, I regulated it
intelligently in order to observe the potential 200000
of this store how far could it reach. The result
was consequently quite fortunate as the profit
of it increased. In additional, regarding to 100000
graph, there were some situations that caused
the expenditures in Q3 End to move up
supremely.

The Most Popularity Subdivision


Quarter 2
During from Q1 to Q2 mid, this
store, located in Ivory Coast, had less
popularity. There might be circumstances,
causing it to have a low popularity. Turning
point fortunately occured in Q2 Mid since
I began to pay more money in advertising,
improve a quality of employees, and
decrease the sales prices. The graph line
between Q2 Mid and Q2 End increases up
from from 0.04 to 8.29 of the number of
popularity.

Quarter 4
In the recent report, the store which
is settled in Ivory Coast, had the highest
popularities. After the Q2 End, there was
one store in Latvia, and its popularity
began to rise in a hurry. Furthermore, the
popularity of this store went higher than
the previous store. There are literally
more than 80 stores although this store
was created in Q2 End and not much
investment in its advertisement.
