Diploma in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality

Management

GCE A Level / O Level Standard

Familiar with Hotel System Fusion or Opera

Or Executive Certificate in Rooms Division

Management with 02 years experience

Minimum 1 year of work experience in

reservations in a resort / hotel

01 year of experience in similar role including

reservations handling

Team player, pleasant personality, excellent

communication & Supervisory Skills

Leadership and Managerial Skills, pleasant

personality, excellent communication & ability
to speak other European language(s) can be
an added advantage

Well organized and good administrative skills

Positive, can do attitude and capability of
guide and train subordinates

Guest Relations Officer (German Speaking)

Requirements:
GCE O Level / Certificate in Front Office Operations
1 year of work experience in Front Office / Guest Relations
Excellent communication in English verbal and literature
Ability of speaking and translating between English and Deutsch
Good at customer care and work with Microsoft Office package
Capable of event coordinating and conducting guest activities,
including excursion guiding and guest experiences offered
Prior experience in the chosen field and academic qualification shall be considered while
shortlisting the candidates. Only short listed candidates shall be called for an interview.
