II.

Administrative Offenses and Sanctions

POLICY STATEMENT
In ant organization, standards are needed to preserve harmony
and discipline and to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and
orderliness in its day-to-day operations. In this context, all
officers and employees of the Unibank are expected to conduct
themselves in proper decorum and in the manner promoting
organizational growth as well as meeting the corporate
objectives. It is therefore the policy of Management to see to it
that order and discipline should be maintained.

POLICY GUIDELINES AND CONDITIONS


I.

All acts or omissions in violations of Unibank policies,


rules, and regulations as well as other acts prejudicial to
the interest or which adversely affect the good name of
the Unibank, although not explicitly defined herein, are
considered punishable offense. Also included are crimes
involving moral turpitude and those punishable by special
laws.
