A license to each JD Edwards EnterpriseOne product containing EnterpriseOne Pages and/or EnterpriseOne Composite Application
Framework layouts includes a restricted use license to all JD Edwards EnterpriseOne One View Reporting products other than
EnterpriseOne One View Reporting Foundation, with use of each such EnterpriseOne One View Reporting product restricted to
viewing analytics distributed by Oracle within EnterpriseOne Pages and EnterpriseOne Composite Application Framework layouts

Restricted use license intention:

Our intention is to allow customers to use all functionality included in our UX One pages based on the users license to the roles
underlying module. This specifically includes license to use One View watchlists and One View components that are included in
delivered pages. In simple terms, you can use the One View content we deliver within pages, but you cannot create new One View
watchlists or analytics without a full use One View license.

Q:

Can I use One View watchlists included on an Oracle-delivered role-based EnterpriseOne Page such as the Maintenance
Manager landing page?

A:

Yes. You can use the One View content we deliver within EnterpriseOne pages. Each UX One role-based landing page supports
a specific functional product area. Users of these pages are required to be licensed to that functional product. Your license to
Capital Asset Management, for example, gives you license to all One View watchlists and One View Analytics delivered by Oracle
and included within EnterpriseOne Pages and CafeOne Layouts.

Q:

Can I create a new One View watchlist?

A:

No. A full use license of One View Reporting Foundation is required to create new One View watchlists.

Q:

Can I change the query used by an Oracle-delivered One View watchlist included in a page?

A:

Yes. Queries are a stand-alone feature that is not a part of One View. Users have the ability to create, edit, and manage queries
based on their license of EnterpriseOne Tools.

ORACLE JD EDWARDS FAQ

Q:

I have license to both Financials and One View Reporting Foundation. Can I add additional One View watchlists to the delivered
pages for the Credit Manager role?

A:

Yes. Your license to One View Reporting Foundation gives you license to create, edit, and manage One View watchlists, and your
license to Financials gives you license to the Credit Manager UX One role-based pages.

Q:

Are the analytics included in delivered UX One Pages part of One View Reporting?

A:

No.

Q:

Do any of the analytics included in delivered UX One Pages use One View Reporting?

A:

Yes. Many of these analytics retrieve data using a query from a One View application. The restricted use license gives users the
ability to use these analytics without a One View license.

Q:

The analytics delivered on the Accounts Payable Manager page look like One View. Do I need a One View Reporting for
Financials license to view these analytics?

A:

No. While many of the analytics delivered by Oracle on UX One role-based pages leverage One View applications for data
selection, your license to Capital Asset Management provides you a restricted use license to these analytics that are included in
Oracle-delivered UX One role-based pages.

Q:

Can I customize JET analytics delivered on a UX One role-based page without a One View Reporting Foundation license?

A:

Yes, as long as the customized JET analytic does not leverage a One View application such as One View Supplier Ledger Inquiry.
Customizing an existing or creating a new JET analytic that uses a One View application for data selection requires a full use
license to the One View application module.

Q:

Can I create a new JET analytic and add it to the page without a One View Reporting foundation license?

A:

Yes, as long as the analytic does not leverage a One View Application.

Q:

Can I change the query used by an Oracle-delivered analytic on one of these role-based pages without a One View Reporting
Foundation license?

A:

Yes. Queries are a stand-alone feature that is not a part of One View. Users have the ability to create, edit, and manage queries
based on their license to Core Tools.

Q:

Can I create a new One View report and add it to the page without a license to One View Reporting Foundation?

A:

No. The restricted use license does not allow you to create new One View reports.
