One way to observe this concept is for example if we analyze the teams that
make up the World Soccer Selections, which are formed by the best players
in each country, which means to expect only successful results, but this does
not always happen.

On some occasions, it can be seen that the members are the best in their
area, but if they dont have sufficient EMPATHY to collaborate with each
other and work as a team, the group will only have poor results and well
below expectations.

While there are people on the teams who stand out for their abilities, the rest
of the group does everything necessary to make this happen, as none would
stand out on their own merits, and that is where the secret of teamwork
lies.

In successful teams, everyone understands that there may be people who

have superior skills in their area (with superior skills), but if the rest of the
