ormainstreams,teacherorfaculty'sdetails,batchexecutiondetails,students'detailsinallaspects.Thisprogramcanfacilitateusexplorealltheactivitieshappening
inthecollege,evenwecangettoknowwhichteacher/facultyisassignedtowhichbatch,thecurrentstatusofabatch,attendancepercentageofabatchand
upcomingrequirementsofabatch.DifferentreportsandQueriescanbegeneratedbasedofvastoptionsrelatedtostudents,batch,course,teacher/faculty,exams,
semesters,certificationandevenfortheentirecollege.

TheCollegemanagementsystemisanautomatedversionofmanualStudentManagementSystem.Itcanhandlealldetailsaboutastudent.Thedetailsinclude
collegedetails,subjectdetails,studentpersonneldetails,academicdetails,examdetailsetc...Incaseofmanualsystemtheyneedalotoftime,manpoweretc.Here
almostallworkiscomputerized.Sotheaccuracyismaintained.Maintainingbackupisveryeasy.Itcandowithinafewminutes.Oursystemhastwotypeof
accessingmodes,administratoranduser.Studentmanagementsystemismanagedbyanadministrator.Itisthejoboftheadministratortoinsertupdateandmonitor

canaccessbyeverystudents/faculties/employeesoftheinstitutionthroughinternetconnectedcomputersorinternetenabledmobiledeviceswiththeaidofhisuser

nameandpassword.Everyuserwillhaveacustomizedhomepagewithhis/herprofilemanagementfacilities.Throughlinksthatdisplaysinthehomepagetheuser
canaccessdifferentoptionsofthewebsiteassignedtohim.Thoughthesystemallowsaccesstoeveryonethereisasignificantsecurityriskinvolvedinthisproject.
Totacklethisproblemwesuggestamodularstructureintheproposedsystemandacompleteisolationofthefinancialandadministrativemodulesfromthepublic
portal.OnlytrustedIPscanaccessthesemodules.Webserviceswillinteracttothefinancialandadministrativemodulestofetchnecessaryinformationtodisplayin
thepublicportal.Althoughastandardpasswordpolicywillbefollowedinthedesigningofthesystemtopreventthepossibilitiesofmaliciousactivitiesofitching
