Description:
This document describes the client reporting business requirements which are
to be included in the Third Party Administration (TPA) service from JP Morgan
Investor Services.
The Client Reporting project is one of a number of streams identified to support the
new Outsourcing product within JP Morgan Investor Services, whish would provide
TPA.This allows JP Morgan to take over the day-to-day back/middle office functions
of a Fund Manager(the ‘TPA Partner’),there by enabling the TPA Partner to focus
on its core investment activities.
The Strategic Client Reporting project forms a sub-stream of Client Reporting
and covers the function of providing periodic valuation reports to the Fund Manager
and its clients (the ‘End Clients’).These reports can be provided in paper form, in a
variety of electronic forms or via the ‘web’.

Description:
Maintaining high profitability in a competitive marketplace requires that we
address several complementary aspects of revenue generation and cost
management. Among these aspects are managing the onsite-offshore mix, the
resource pyramid and resource utilization. Each of these comprises a host of
parameters with interdependencies. While some parameters are in our control, yet
others such as the exchange rate are not. How well we manage the controllable
parameters determines how we manage that aspect of profitability.

Description:
DocPort is workflow capture system developed for ALaS. The first phase is to
capture the process data. The companies have difference processes, which need to
be captured. The process is captured in an interview. Interviewer takes interview
at client location and enters the data so optimizes the process. This application
capturing the processes such as client, functional group, complexity, etc.The
DocPort application able to setup the data required for interview, process, sub
process and task. DocPort application documenting all interview process
information.

Description:
AFL Corporation with in-depth knowledge in Healthcare insurance domain,
after receiving request from existing clients and finding the market needs, decided
to develop a Self Funded Proposal System to cater the needs of Broker, TPA, MGU,
PPO, PBM, Client to support their business process.
AFL Corporation wanted to make Self Funded Insurance System a
communication tool for Third Party Administrator (TPA), Underwriters (MGU),
Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM),
Broker and client to manage complex business process in a much simpler way. The
proposed system aimed at AFL-customers realizes expanded business
opportunities, operational efficiencies and a greater ability to deliver quality
information and services to their clients. System allows all the stakeholders to
register, create internal users, external contacts, and set alerts. When they log in.,

they should be able to see new RFPs, open RFPs, new communications, alerts and
able to access the related info. TPA or broker can create new RFPs and can key in
related / manual entry data or attach documents and send it to different entities
for a quote. PPO, MGU, PBM can send a quote, revised quote after negotiations.
TPA can send a proposal with selected negotiated quotes to a
group/Employer/client

Description: The system maintains the patient’s personal details along with their
id & referred doctors name so as to cater to the functional, legal & insurance
aspects and doctors & staff details apart from their shifts and ward numbers. The
tests undergone & its findings and surgery types are also recorded. The doctor
sends request to the technician and he performs the test based on the constant
101 tests that they can perform at present. The technicians can also increase the
number of tests they can perform. Duration & Category of stay, Follow up &
Feedback forms, Appointment Scheduler, Tracking of patients Drug and other
Allergies and Extensive reports are included. The system is designed also to
distribute the contributions, achievements and facilities of the hospital.

Description:
Time capturing system is a web-based application. All the employees of an
organization will use this Application. This System has two modules.
Productivity: At the end of every week employees will submit their Timesheets.
Timesheet contains number of hours worked during that week on various tasks
allocated by their supervisor. Supervisors will verify the timesheets that are
entered by their team members. All the verified timesheets are sent to Manager.
He checks and approve all timesheets are passed to the Accounting/Payroll
departments where payrolls are generated.
Payroll: It generates salaries for every employ using the information given by the
manager.
Responsibilities:
• Developed Servlets and java classes for connection polling.
