How to
Customise the ribbon
You can easily add your own tabs to the Ribbon. To add a
new tab, click the File tab then Opons. Click Customize

Add a funcon into the quick access tool bar


You can right click on any opon icon within the ribbons and
select Add to quick access toolbar. This will add your
selecon into the top easy access toolbar. Added below is the
insert table funcon; you can now access funcons you use
regularly without navigang
through the dierent ribbon
menus.
You can remove this by right
clicking on the icon again in
the quick access tool bar.

How to
Turn text into visual eects
Add more visual impact with enhanced text eects and
SmartArt graphics. Make bullet-points using images or logos.
Add text eects like shadow, glow, reecon, and 3-D. It is
easy and only takes a few clicks. From Font, choose Text
Eects and make your choice. You can also create diagrams
and owcharts by selecng SmartArt from the Insert ribbon
opon.

You can copy the format of selected text by using the
format painter under the Home
ribbon tab. Select the text with
the format you wish to copy,
click on format painter and
simply paint over the text to
change its format.
