Installing Microsoft Office 2010

Microsoft Office 2010 is the latest release of the Office suite. It is not mandatory that you install this
latest version. We still support Office 2007 and will continue to do so for another year.
After installing the Office 2010 software, you will need to call Gitta Jenkins (304-293-2539) to obtain the
25-character product key and to give Gitta information about your computer. Even though the software
will work without the product key for 30 days, you should request it now for uninterrupted access to the
Office applications.
Important Licensing Note: This software is for your office computers only. It is not for home computers
or any other computers outside of the WVU Extension Service. If you need to purchase a license for
work-related purposes at home, please call 304-293-6201 ext. 3. If you need to purchase a license for a
