Concrete Restoration Products:

Carboguard 510 Series
Carboguard 510 Series is an epoxy modified cementitious mortar that can be
sprayed. This product is a high performance aggregate filled reinforced mortar
designed for resurfacing, patching and filling voids, honeycombs, and bug holes in
concrete.

Carbocrete 522
Carbocrete 522 is a spray-grade, economical, shrinkage-compensated, repair
mortar, and surfacing compound that exhibits excellent bond strength to concrete.
It is ideally suited for substrate resurfacing concrete and waterproofing barrier and
can be topcoated by Carbolines lining systems.

Plasite 5371 Series
Plasite linings have a long reputation for outstanding chemical resistance and
long term performance. The Plasite 5371 Series epoxies provide a tough, durable
protective barrier between your concrete and waste streams.

Plasite 4500 Series

Plasite 4500 solvent-free epoxy series have wide versatility over both steel and
concrete substrates as single-coat, ultra high-build coatings with excellent chemical
resistance.

Plasite 4550 Series

The Plasite 4550 Series high performance epoxy novolac linings offers a significant
step up in aggressive chemical resistance in a solvent-free technology, single-coat
system, that is not only environmentally friendly; but also friendly to your bottom
line.

Rapid Curing Polyureas, Polyurethanes, and Hybrids:

Polyclad Series
Polyclad 777, 767, and 757 are Carbolines family of high performance
structural polyurethane coatings. These coatings are used for corrosion
protection of steel, ductile iron, and concrete pipelines.

Reactamine Series
A family of products that includes aromatic polyurea and polyurethane hybrid
elastomeric coatings. This product line provides protection against corrosion
caused by hydrogen sulfide and microbiological induced corrosion. Reactamine
has excellent barrier properties with extreme abrasion resistance properties.
Those features combined with fast-cure capabilities makes Reactamine an
excellent choice for wastewater service.

Wastewater Treatment

Bitumastic 300 Series
Bitumastic Series coal-tar epoxies have a very long history of use in wastewater
exposures and continue to offer the user one of the most cost-effective solutions.

properties.

infiltrating the soil or ground water.

Water Storage
Interior & Exterior Tanks (Steel or Concrete), & Dam Gates
Atmospheric corrosion and years of continuous use create the need for ultra
durable, high performance coatings for steel and concrete water tanks. Interior
linings need certification per ANSI / NSF Standard 61 as well as maintenance free
extended service lives.
Carboline offers durable ultra-weatherable finishes for exterior of both above and
below ground water storage. There are a variety of solutions to meet the various
application demands such as low temperature cure products, surface tolerant
mastics as well as moisture tolerant coatings to meet your design and application
needs.

Versatile epoxy products with excellent chemical protection and easy application
properties.

Phenoline 341 Series

A solvent-less, epoxy lining for water, potable water, and wastewater. It is
acceptable for use as a lining for potable water tanks 75 gallons or larger and pipe
diameters 16 inches or larger.

Reactamine 760
Reactamine elastomeric urethane provides both a water/wastewater resistant
barrier and crack-bridging capability over concrete surfaces. Extreme abrasion
resistant properties with fast-cure capability makes Reactamine quite versatile and
popular in these exposures.

Zinc rich primers that protect through galvanic action for long-term corrosion

Polyurethane finish coats available in a wide variety of colors. Carbothane products

Carboxane Series
