Installationanddebuggingoftoymachinecontrolsystem

1driverinstallation
Donotpoweronbeforeinstallation,onlythedatacable.
Beforewiring,performacommunicationtest.Insertthesquareendofthedatacableintothe
controlboardandtheflatportintotheUSBportofthe

computer

Ifthefirstinstallation,theneedtoinstallthedriver,installtheprograminthispackage,thefile
nameHL340.Afterinstallation,inmycomputerwillappearasshownintheredboxshowninthe
hardware.Thismeansthatthedriverinstallationis
complete.

Someuserswilldrivetheinstallationofthefailureofthesituation,therearethreesolutionsand
solutions:

1,haspreviouslybeeninstalledsuchdrivers:theactualdriverhasbeeninstalled,thecomputer
canbefoundinmyhardwarecorrespondingport.
2,clickontheinstallerrepeatedly:thisparthasalsobeeninstalled,donotneedtobother
3,partoftheWIN7cannotbeinstalledproperly,downloadthedriverwizardor360drivercanbe
installed.
Afterinstallingthedriver,openthepackageGRBLCONTROLERorGRBL
CONTROL


Inthefigureabove,selectthecorrespondingportnumberthatIseeinmycomputer,andselect
thebaudrateas115200,andthenclick
OPEN

Ifthelowerleftcornerappearsasshownintheinformation,thatcommunicationissuccessful.

SteppermotorwiringandthesamecolorcanbeconnectedtotheDuPontline.Ifthereis
steppermotorjitter,cannotrotatenormally,mostofwhichisduetoasteppermotorand
DuPontlineisnotagoodcause,orthepinpincontactcausedbybad.

2.2ControlPanelInstallation
Inthiscase,

Inordertoavoidthecontrolboardandaluminumalloyframecollidedshortcircuit(will
produce4988damage,thephenomenonisunabletodrivethemotor,orARDUINOlightsdonot
shine,needtoremove4988ARDUINOlights),.
First,thelowerpanelofthecontrolboardisseparated,andthelowerlayeristheblueARDUINO
board.(SpecialNote:UNOabsolutelynoaccessto24V,oreasilyburnplate)

SteppermotorandDuPontlineaccordingtothecolorcorrespondingtopickup(sometimes
themotoris6lines,donotcontroltheothersecondline,notconnected),becausethedifferent
batchesofmotor,linecolorisdifferent,youreceivethecolorandThelegendmaynotbethe
same.Atthispointdonothavethesametube,onlytomaintaintheirownreceivedthemotor
andthecolorlinetohelpDucanbeonthecorresponding.Pluginthefollowingfigure,thefirst
directionwithoutthepipeline,plugcanbepositiveandnegativewillonlyleadtothedirectionof
motorrotationisinconsistent.

AfterstartingGRBLCONTROLER,setSTEPSIZEto1inthelowerrightcornerofthe
software.

Jogdebugging,besuretopointZJOG,andthenpointthearrowoftheotheraxisproduction.
SETPSIZEindicateshowfareachpointgoes.Parameterdebugging,mainlybasedontheEnglish
promptinformationto.
Iftheactualdistanceandsetthesamedistance,thebasicmachinethatcanbenormal.
Ifthereisnoproblemwithjogging,youcanusethetestinthedocumentfortesting.Canrunthe
testNCNCcircleinthedocumenttobetested,ifthecarvedoutofthegraphicsround,onbehalf
ofthedebuginstallationismoresuccessful.Ifnotroundyouneedtoproceedfromthefollowing
aspects.
1,adjusttheX,Yaxisofthescrewnut,reducingthehysteresis.
2,handpushscrewtodeterminewhethertheaxialmovement,ifyoufeeltheflexibilityof
movement,itistoreducethesteppermotoraxialstringofplasticsleeveisnotinstalledreason.
GRBLinthesteppermotorontheset,describedinthe0.8and0.9versionofthedefinition
isnotthesame,payattentiontotheGRBLCONTROLERstartupinformationcanseethis.
NContheaxisoftheactualtripandtheinconsistenciessetupthedocument,saysomething:
Theformulais:360/stepangle*subdivision/pitch;ifthebeltwillbereplacedwithpitchand
thenumberofteethpitchproduct.
Take39stepsasanexample,themotorstepangleis1.8degrees;

Duringdebuggingormaybeexperiencingproblems:

3,loststepsolutiontotheproblem:theimpactofmanyfactors,thereasonismostlyresistance
force,ormotorpoweristoosmall.Toomuchresistancetoconsidertheamountoffeed,moving
speed,andinstallationofparallelism.Theproblemistoosmallpowermaybetoosmall,onecan
adjusttheclockwisepotentiometerA4988,theremaybeaproblemfortheirownpowersupply.
4,theactualrunningdistanceandproceduresinconsistentproblemsolution:08firmware

5,singleaxisdeviationproblem.Avarietyofreasons:1,thecouplingisnotconnecteddueto2,
underthecuttingspeedtoofastleadtoexcessiveresistancetolosestep.3,Zaxisistooheavy
andtheresistance,whichledtothemorecutthedeeper.
ALARMLOCKproblems.
ThisiscausedbythedifferencebetweenthefirmwareandGRBLCINTROLER.GRBLCONTROLER

Becauseofthedifferentversions,differentversionsofthesameparameterarerepresentedby
differentvariables.

Everyonewillgototunethethreeparameters,butifmodifiedintheGRBLSETTING,heactually
modifiedis$20,21,22andotherthreeparameters,thisparameterinvolveshardandsoftlimit,
etc.,ifmodifiedherewillleadtotheboardintotheprotectionstate,Themotorwillnotmove.If
thisproblemhasoccurred,enter$21=0andenter$22=0and$20=0tofixit.
