Abstract (Optional)
The abstract must not exceed 200 words in length. It should contain clear outlining of the
problem statement, a brief explanation of the methodology to be adopted in gathering data and
possible explanations of the findings. It should not be summary of each section of the
synopsis.
1. Introduction
In this section explain the introduction to your work rather than introduction to the subject
area and also explain the previous work based on some literature survey.
2. Body of Proposal
In this section explain the nature of problem, purpose, your contribution in the project, stateof-the-art (updated status in the market and possible applications) and objectives of the
proposal.
2.1 Methodology & Modules
In this sub-section describe the methodology to be adopted in your project and basic modules
with some description.
2.2 Hardware and Software Requirements
In this sub-section describe the hardware structure based on architecture of the software. Also
describe the designer tool if using any.
2.3 Reports (if any) and Testing needed
If your software/ application is able to produce the various MIS reports, you need to describe
the software using for generating reports. What will be the proposed testing that will be used
after making software? Specify.
3. Conclusion & Applications
In this section clearly indicate advantages, limitations, and possible applications.
