ORDERED that as between Plaintiff Dru Hill, LLC and Defendants Kedar Massenburg/
Kedar Entertainment Group, Inc., and Massenburg Media, LLC that the Joint Venture
Agreement dated September 30, 2009, is terminated as of February 25, 2015; and further

FURTHER ORDERED that as between Plaintiff Dru Hill, LLC, and Defendants Kedar
Massenburg/ Kedar Entertainment Group, Inc., and Massenburg Media, LLC that, Plaintiff Dru
Hill, LLC is sole owner of the "InDruPendence Day" album and the master recordings contained
on the album, including "Shut It Down," "Do It Again," "She Wants Me," "Whatcha Do,"

"Below Zero," "Can't Stop," "Remain Silent," "Makin' Luv," "State of Emergency," "Back to
the Future," "Love MD," "Rule The World," ''.Away" and "Guitar;"
ORDERED that as between Plaintiff Dragon Music Group, LLC and Defendants Kedar
Massenburg/Kedar Entertainment Group, Inc., and Massenburg Media, LLC that the Joint Venture
Agreement dated as of November 20, 2009 between Dragon Music Group, LLC and Kedar
Entertainment Group, Inc. is terminated as of February 25, 2015; and
FURTHER ORDERED that as between Plaintiff Dragon Music Group, LLC and
Defendants Kedar Massenburg/Kedar Entertainment Group, Inc and Massenburg Media, LLC
that, Plaintiff Dragon Music, LLC is sole owner of the "Last Dragon" album and the master
recordings contained on the album on the including, "Last Dragon," ''.A-List," "Find Out,"

"Monsta," "L.LPs," "L. G.D. T," "Breathtaker," "Round & Round," "David Blaine," "Victim,"
"Ipologize," and "Love Spell"
ORDERED that Defendants Kedar Massenburg/Kedar Entertainment Group, Inc and
