c Ability to audit construction contracts including cost incurred and the various
types of change orders.
c Conducting operational reviews of procurement systems and /or the construction
management process; review contractors bids and proposals; negotiating
contract agreements.
c Coordination branch construction activities, which includes booking construction
jobs, ordering and tracking materials, processing change orders, performing
billings and collections and interacting with subcontractors.
c Performing monthly closeout activities with Project Managers and åirectors.
c Aecovery of two buildings with façade in ceramic revetment (14 floors),
totalizing 4,800 m2, with application of new non-destructive technologies and
methodology of test criteria.
c Industrial maintenance service. Construction of Tank arm ± with storage
capacity of 4,000.000 liters, infrastructure for metallic structure assembly, and
industrial civil work in general. Construction of one laboratory of Micro-biology
and Quality for analysis, including installations in general.
c åevelopment and following up of road and railroad projects of big size works,
involving geo-technical studies, drawings, interferences, deviation of property.

c Manufacture Industrial of pre-molded slab and beams concrete in loco during the
building construction with mapping of the records, and crane transport.

Quality Control Management:

c Preparing the Procedure of Quality Control Manual (ISO 9001), and
implementing in different areas of engineering.
c Creating audit plan and implementing inspection criteria and procedures,
recommends action of nonconformance report, tools calibration, gauges, analysis
project and construction quality management, manpower training and efficient
communication.
c Planning, coordinating and directing quality control program designed to ensure
continuous production of products consistent with established standards by
performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
c Coordinating objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other
managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
c Assist in development and management of project execution strategies to
include determination of task components for sucessful project execution.
c åevelop quality control reports, post construction reports and detailed progress
reporting.




c Bachelor åegree in Civil Engineering with Post Graduation Specialization
Course Quality Control & Productivity, and Technologist in Soil Works.
