for national and international boundaries in Lean Six Sigma, Quality & Processes
Management and other Corporate boundaries (Corporate Governance Management).

This core group brings with it experience in terms of both business strategy as well as
customer satisfaction across the globe. One of the strongest reasons for our rapid growth
has been the continuous dedication and strength of our team. What started off with just a
vision has today led to a consolidated group of professionals working closely to translate
the vision into concrete functionality leading, in turn, to sustained ROI for a client group
that today spans the entire globe.

This Project aims at to study the use of promotional tools and techniques for making
branding of VQMS Pvt. Ltd for professionals, corporate and institution in Delhi-NCR

OBJECTIVE & SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

A study on the role of various tools for promotion with special reference to Vqms.

To study the certification requirement of the customers.

We contact customers through mails. We send the Vqms prospects to them through mail.
If they are interested in certifications than they reply back. We also contact customers

through social networks (FB/LinkedIn/Twitter). We send our short prospects on different
groups so if any student is interested in internship the he/she can contact

We also take physical survey to know about the people opinion. A survey is also attached
in the project with its interpretation.

This is the type of primary data collection in which a researcher has to collect the data by
attending personally each and every one who is coming under his/her research area. In
this the researcher has to keep in mind the certain limitations so that he/she should not
hurt the person from which he/she is gathering data. In this the researcher, can make a
certain sheet of question or us can say a questionnaire and reach to the person personally
and get that form filled and later on researcher can accumulate all the data collected and
then analyses it. The other way of doing it is just to have a simple survey and ask peoples
what they like and what they dont like in your research topic and then summaries it in a
manner so that you can come out to a certain result of that research.

SMS / Contacts / Calls - This is a type of primary data in which i have promoted our
company and spreads its profile through calls to numbers that we have collected and
sending promotional SMS to the persons that are interested in our company. By using this
tool, I have an ease to promote my company and this takes very less time to inform
someone about the company. And nowadays the new thing is also added in this column
which is whatsapp, hike, viber and many more by which contacting someone is very easy
and fast. So, we can spread our views all over. References / Friends / Colleagues /Seniors

It was a wonderful and learning experience for me while working in this company. This
company took me through the various phases of corporates and gave me real insight into
the world of corporate. The joy of working and the thrill involved while tackling the
various problems and challenges gave me a feel of corporate industry. It was due to this
company I came to know how work done in corporates. I enjoyed each and every bit of
work I had put into this company.
As this was very short duration assignment so could not reach towards productivity.

INTRODUCTION

As per, there is a strong urge in our society to come out century old saying Developing
Country as a brand image to Developed Country status. To become developed nation,
company must have strong competitive lead in these two broad domains. Legalization or
Law used to be the standard for Developed Country and Quality which is very essential
tool to achieve this for future sustenance.

Aim behind conducting this project is to study HR & Marketing Management opportunity
in the field of Corporate Quality & Governance Management at VQMS Pvt. Ltd for
professional, corporate and institution in Delhi-NCR Region. In our efforts to provide our
client company with the desired facilities, company ensures to improve ourselves with the
respective industry trends & developments. Further, company comes to common parlance
with our clients regarding their requirements & our services.

After the whole process of consultation & implementation is planned & decided by both
parties, company seamlessly integrate us with the client company's existing teams.

At VQMS, Company ensure that our client considers our team of consultants & trainers
as an extension of their staff dedicated to the creation, implementation and maintenance
of the companys quality management system. Our management programs & on-going
services are designed to minimize any disruption in the day-to-day operations of the client
company.

NATURE OF THE PROJECT

This project was carried out in the organization towards Corporate Quality & Governance
Management of corporate and institution for Sales/ Marketing / HR / Management. To
carry out this project sampling has been done to target potential market. Secondary
research was conducted. Data was collected from the corporate websites, institutional
websites, online articles, online published data & internal record.

Many other techniques and concepts of business research methodology like primary data
collection method is used. Primary data collected through questionnaires, face to face
interview, street surveys and by using social media.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

He has leaded a team of various departments and verticals serving almost every

Mr. Ravi Prakash, is a born leader with knowledge and certifications of various
domains like science, journalism, pharmacy, administrations and management.
He has a strong understanding of creating and defining processes of various
domains and verticals of different industry. He has seen the market evolve over
the years and has leveraged his national and international experience to ensure that
VQMS stays on the growth curve.
Mr. Ravi Prakash doesn't just understand business administration and

Adv. V.K. Gupta (VP: LegalCriminal)

Mr.V. K Gupta is a Senior Advocate & member of Bar Council of India, Meerut,
UP (Allahabad Region).
A Commerce and Law graduate from Meerut University, Mr. Gupta is a great
thinker, philosopher and ideologists with innovative ideas.
He has over 35 yrs. of experience in handling criminal cases and is practicing at
Civil Court, Meerut, UP, for providing justice to victims of various types of crimes
and providing satisfactory results to his clients.
He not only understands Law and Jurisdiction, but possesses sound knowledge in
Administration and management.
Mr. V. K Gupta has the strong communication skills and is capable of building
team of qualified professionals and technical expertise.
Strong in handling cases of Gov. bodies, to fight against corruption.

He is an experienced Quality professional served clients for more than 7 countries

METHODOLOGY

The process used to collect information and data for the purpose of making business
decisions. The methodology may include publication research, interview, surveys and
other research techniques and could include both present and historical information. More
over methodology guides the researcher to involve and to be active in his or her particular
field of enquiry. Most of the situations the aim of the researcher and the research topic
wont be same all time it varies from its objectives and flow of the research but by
adopting a suitable methodology this can be achieved. Right from selecting the topic and
carrying out till recommendations research methodology drives the researcher in the right
track. The entire research plan is based on the concept of right methodology.

Data collection is the process of gathering and measuring information on variables of


interest, in an established systematic fashion that enables one to answer stated research
questions, test hypothesis and evaluate outcomes. The data collection component of
research is common to all field of study including physical and social sciences,
humanities, business, etc. while methods vary by discipline, the emphasis on ensuring
accurate and honest collection remains the same. The goal for all data collection is to
capture quality evidence that then translates to rich data analysis and allows the building

of a convincing and credible answer to question that have been pose. The data collected
from different sources is organized and put in matrix form in order to aid the analysis.
The organized data has been then analyzed, the related findings - their implications and
recommendations.

SECONDARY DATA

Secondary data is data collected by someone other than the user. Common
sources of secondary data for social science include censuses, organizational

Secondary data analysis saves time that would otherwise be spent collecting data
and, particularly in the case of quantitative data, provides larger and higher-
standard information that would be difficult for any individual researcher to
collect on their own. In addition, analysts of social and economic reforms consider
secondary data important since it is impossible to conduct a new survey that can
adequately capture past reforms and/or breakthrough.

We contact customers through mails. We send the Vqms prospects to them through mail.
If they are interested in certifications than they reply back. We also contact customers
through social networks (FB/LinkedIn/Twitter). We send our short prospects on different
groups so if any student is interested in internship the he/she can contact

We also take physical survey to know about the people opinion. A survey is also attached
in the project with its interpretation.

This is the type of primary data collection in which a researcher has to collect the data by
attending personally each and every one who is coming under his/her research area. In
this the researcher has to keep in mind the certain limitations so that he/she should not
hurt the person from which he/she is gathering data. In this the researcher, can make a
certain sheet of question or us can say a questionnaire and reach to the person personally
and get that form filled and later on researcher can accumulate all the data collected and
then analyses it. The other way of doing it is just to have a simple survey and ask peoples
what they like and what they dont like in your research topic and then summaries it in a
manner so that you can come out to a certain result of that research.

SMS / Contacts / Calls - This is a type of primary data in which i have promoted our
company and spreads its profile through calls to numbers that we have collected and
sending promotional SMS to the persons that are interested in our company. By using this
tool, I have an ease to promote my company and this takes very less time to inform
someone about the company. And nowadays the new thing is also added in this column
which is whatsapp, hike, viber and many more by which contacting someone is very easy

Student will be trained on the entire marketing of company. They will be assigned the

Recommendations

1. Paucity of time was a constraint. This project had dealt with two aspects.
Study of the retailers related program research which is done extensively
Web based retail -Huge amount of data is compiled for which proposals
could have be drawn similar to proposals made for retailer's program at
stores. In future, this data could be used while VQMS look into web based
retail as an option for business

2. For the web, based study the data for all the retailers is collected through website.
At a number of times the information given is not complete.

3. The data as given on the website is changed at number of occasions, such as in


case of sale the selling price is changed many times. Thus, while doing the
analysis with the prices on a particular date may not be applicable after a period of
time.

As part of my learning and working I would market survey and marketing for better
results towards productivity.

CONCLUSION

It was a wonderful and learning experience for me while working in this company. This
company took me through the various phases of corporates and gave me real insight into
the world of corporate. The joy of working and the thrill involved while tackling the
various problems and challenges gave me a feel of corporate industry. It was due to this
company I came to know how work done in corporates. I enjoyed each and every bit of
work I had put into this company.

As this was very short duration assignment so could not reach towards productivity.
