The herein interview guide is designed to collect and gather the narratives of
district, what are the problems and challenges met in terms of travel distance in
going to and from their respective stations, how they handle their classes consisted
of multiple level of ages, and learning groups and how they manage their time and
teachers. This guide incorporates initial guide questions that will be used during
the interview and which are expected to snowball and generate more questions
regarding the concerns of the study. Please check the appropriate box indicating
your honest rating to the items below. Your response will improve further the

Clarity of the Direction and Items
The vocabulary level, language structure and conceptual
level of the questions are clear and understandable.
Presentation/Organization of items
The items/questions are presented and organized in
logical/sequential manner.
Suitability of items
The items/questions are suitable and appropriately
represent the purpose of the research. The questions are
designed to determine the conditions, knowledge, perceptions,
and attitudes that are supposed to be measured.
Adequateness of Items or Category or Indicators
The items represent just enough to cover the research
adequately. The number of questions per indicator/category is
representative enough of all the variables/concepts defined for
the particular research.
Attainment of Purpose
The instrument as a whole fulfills the objective of the
study for which it was constructed.
Objectivity
Each item/question requires only one specific answer or
measures only one behavior and no aspect of the question
suggest bias
