Weareverypleasedtoannouncethenewwebsiteislaunched!!Asyouknow,theprimaryfocusforthiswebsiteistoattract
prospectivebirthmothersontheirmobiledevices,hencethenewsimplerdesign,withagreaterfocusonphotos.

Thenewsiteissimplified,comparedtotheoldersites,anddesignedtoclearlyleadprospectivebirthmothersandadoptingparentsinto
theirrespectivepaths.Thiswasdonetomakeitbothmoreefficientandeffectiveforuserstofindwhatismostrelevanttothem
especiallyontheirmobiledevices.

Withtheinterestofincreasingexposureforouradoptingfamilies,thereisanewlandingpageforprospectivebirthmothersthatdidnot
existbefore.Onthispage,thesiterandomlydisplaysfamiliesbasedonwhatofficetheyareinfiftyfamiliesperofficeatatime.The
officesarealsorandomized.Plusthetopphotostripcontainsfiftyfeaturedfamilies,whicharealsorandomized..

Sincethisisaresponsivewebsitedesignedtoworkonalldevicesandplatforms,theremaybesomemodificationsafterthislaunch.

Onadifferentnote,theOctoberresultsforthePayPerClickmarketingcampaignsarestillgoingverywell.TheAgencyPPC
Campaign,thatbenefitsALLfamilies,had6,502qualityclicks.AndtheIndividualPPCprogramhadarangeof15to30clicks,withan
averageof22clicks.Pleaserememberthisisaverydynamicprogramandtheresultswillvaryfrommonthtomonth.Forthoseofyou
intheIPPCprogramyourAdoptionCoordinatorhasprobablyalreadysharedwithyouthenumberofqualityclicksthatyoureceived.

ForthoseofyouwhowouldlikeaquickrefresherabouttheIndividualPayPerClick(IPPC)program,thisisabriefdescription:

Individualsearchengineadwithyourname(s)andadirectlinktoyouronlineIACprofile.
NocompetingsearchengineadsforotherIACfamilieswhenyouradisrunning.
$200dedicatedaveragespendpermonthforeachindividualfamilyuntilplacement,includingmanagementfees.
15to25qualifiedclickspermonth*,perindividualfamily.
Aonetime,upfrontcostof$2400tojoin(withapaymentplanoption).

Belowyouwillfindinformationonhowtosignupifyouarenowinterested.Allpaymentsandsignedcontractssubmittedtojointhis
programbythe15thofeachmonthwillbeactivebythe1stofthefollowingmonth.However,sincethewebsitelaunchwasdelayed,we
aremakinganexceptiontothedeadlinethismonth.SoifyoudliketosignuptostartonDecember1st,youhaveuntilSunday,
November27th.

WecontinuetobeexcitedtobeworkingwiththeGonzbergAgencytomanagethismarketingprogram.Theyareanintegrated
advertisingagencyinSanFranciscowithasolidtrackrecordinthefieldofadoption.Asaresultofallofthechangesandupgrades
theyhaverecommended,weexpecttostarttoseeanincreaseinthenumberofmatches&placementsinthenext25months.Of
course,wehopeallofthishelpseachofyoubuildyourfamilies!

auction,makingitimpossibletopredictexactnumbers.The15to25qualifiedclickspermontharebasedonthesystembeing
managedbyacombinationofsoftwareandaprofessionalhumanmanager,aswellasthebestestimateatthetimeofthiswriting.

IndividualPayPerClickAgreement

ThisIndividualPayPerClickAgreement(thisAgreement)isenteredintobyandbetweentheIndependentAdoptionCenter(IAC)
andtheundersignedprospectiveadoptiveparent(s)(Clients).ThisAgreement,governedbythelawsoftheStateofCalifornia,
constitutesthesoleagreementofthepartiesandsupersedesalloralnegotiationsandpriorwritingswithrespecttothesubjectmatter
hereof.

I.ServicesProvidedByIAC

Onbehalfofitsclients,IAChasengagedtheGonzbergAgency(Gonzberg)toimplementthePayPerClickProgram(thePayPer
ClickProgram).Asaparticipantintheprogram,IAC,throughitsengagementwithGonzberg,willprovide:

a.AnindividualsearchengineadwiththeClientsname(s),andadirectlinktotheClientsonlineIACprofile

b.IACwillmakeadedicatedofaverage$200spendpermonthonClientsbehalfuntiltheplacementofachildwithClients.This
spendconsistsofadpurchasesandamanagementfee.

c.Clientsadwillreceive15to25qualifiedclickspermonth

d.IACwillnotruncompetingsearchengineadsforotherIACclientswhiletheClientsadisrunningeachmonth

ClientsacknowledgeandagreethatthePayPerClickProgramisadynamicadvertisingsystembasedona24/7auction,
whichmakesitimpossibletopredicttheexactnumberofqualifiedclicksthatClientsadwillreceiveeachmonth.Therange
ofqualifiedclickspermonthisanestimate.

II.PayPerClickProgramFees

InconsiderationoftheservicestobeprovidedbyIACinconnectionwiththePayPerClickProgram,ClientswillpaytoIACaone
time,nonrefundablefeeintheaggregateamountof$2,400,whichwillbepaidinfour(4)monthlyinstallments(thePayPerClick
Fee).ClientswillnotreceiveanyservicesinconnectionwiththePayPerClickProgramuntilIAChasreceivedthefullamountofthe
PayPerClickFee.Clientsacknowledgeandagreethat(i)thePayPerClickFeeisrequiredbyIACinordertodefraycostsincurred
byIACinconnectionwithprovidingthePayPerClickProgram,and(ii)thePayPerClickisanadditionalandseparateserviceoffered
byIACtotheClients.IfClientsarematchedwithachild(i)priortothefullpaymentofthePayPerClickFeeand(ii)the
commencementofservicesonClientsbehalfinconnectionwiththePayPerClickProgram,Clientswillbeentitledtoafullrefundof
theportionofthePayPerClickFeepreviouslypaidtoIAC.OnceClientsbegintoreceiveservicesinconnectionwiththePay
PerClickProgram,innoeventwillClientsbeentitledtoanyrefundofthePayPerClickFee,regardlessofanyrefundthat
maybeissuedtoClientsundertheClientAgreementoranyotheragreementbetweenIACandtheClients.

III.ChangestothePayPerClickProgram

IACmaymodifythetermsofthePayPerClickProgramuponatleastthirty(30)dayspriorwrittennoticetoClients.
