Personal Healing

We are on this planet for our personal healing too. As startseeds and lightworkers, we are
doing personal cleansing and upliftment, then helping others while they learn to uplift
themselves.

We are using blogs, twitter, facebook, internet communication, for the purposes of supporting
each other with the energy pool, while we are travelling towards 2012 shift and getting
prepared for opening up to the ocean of light and love, learning to be multidimensional and
crystal.

We are using self healing, doing aura cleansing and expansion, learning to work with higher
chakras and integrate them. We are working and learning to work with higher lights.

We are travelling between dimensions and using light corridors, light bridges, crystal
pyramids, violet flame teachings, wisdom school teachings, self mastery tools. Once you start
working with these, all you need to do is to tap into the resources and reconnect, continously
cleanse and open your heart, rebalance realign recalibrate yourself, share what you learn and
find, and keep going with the earth crew. Discover your hidden abilities, starseed heritage,
imprints from other lives, chakra alignments with your higherself and galaxy, align with
planets, stars and central sun of our galaxy.

We are using many methods, Arcturian crystal tree of life is one,others are shamanic methods
and states, using sound and voice, toning, singing to yourself and to mother earth, doing
ceremonies by yourself or as a group, visiting sacred sites, dream travelling, subconscious
cleansing, telepathy, DNA activation with sound or just receiving your DNA
expansion/activation, learning to do this, using chakra and quantum healing methods..there
are more of them coming to the planet and all are based on alignment and intention to uplift.

When I first start to work with a method or a group, a teaching, I align with spirit and what
they are transmitting me spiritually. Then I use discernment to find the best and decide. This
is a process to use many times. Then I align with the planetary chakras, starting from Mt
Shasta, and then with Arcturian crystals on earth, or sacred sites. They would align you and
call you actually, this comes with intending to connect with them then I am guided. Be open
to spirit and let spirit guide my "ship".

We are also working with brain waves, beta alpha theta delta omega. I am an alpha master and
I observe passing through these brain waves in different hours of the day and things becoming
easier in higher states, with a feeling of expansion. Higher states are also good to receive and
transmit messages and healing to the planet, as well as to yourself.
Planetary Healing
Our planet is a living being who is in the process of a dimensional change, a vibrational
change and upliftment. She is expanding and cleansing in order to open up space for the new
energies and make an upliftment while we are heading to the shift in 2012.

Lightworkers and Starseeds are continously helping her and are guided by angels, ascended
masters, higher light. We are working with energies and spirits of oceans, soil, mountains,
forrests, atmosphere, etheric realm, crystal realm, auras, sacred symbols/crop circles,
imaginations, chakra energies, kundalini expansions, Goddess energies.

It is always good to keep ourself uplifted and live in a crystal world. Be in contact with crystal
planetary healing lights while we are grounding more of them for the requirements of that
period and the moment. Using Arcturian crystal tree of life and Arcturian etheric crystals, in
alignment with 2012 and healing requirements of mother earth, based on our intuition and
awareness of that moment. We are learning to use the light language for planetary healing.
Tools and Resources
We are learning and using resources coming from our connections via teleconferences,
webinars, books we read. New tools are coming all the time according to planetary and
personal needs, planetary changes and needs to cleanse and uplift for holding more light.

The main methods we use are breathing exercises, toning and chanting for chakra cleansing
and for healing mother earth, visualization and imagination, aura shimmering, vibrational
increase and self upliftment using interdimensional Arcturian corridors and grids, sacred sites,
etheric crystals and crystal pyramids, temples of Thoth on certain locations of Earth, crystal
temples, light cities.

Our work needs focus, as you develop what you focus on. Dedication and devotion.
Commitment to spiritual development. We are connecting new crystal grids, light grids all the
time and they need maintenance for sustaining the light and energy. We use sacred symbols
by visualizing and with the help of our guides. It is a basic method to refresh and sustain
energy.

We are going through our several lightbody levels even if we don't know of them, and earth
lightbody levels, while cleansing and then receiving. Having merkaba expansions. Connecting
the energy into the crystal earth and feeding the crystal grids is another basic method for
grounding. And sending the other end of the energy from your spine up into the galaxy. So
you become the bridge, the connection between, the anchorer.

It is very joyful and nice to work with aura shimmering, because we have 3rd dimensional
densities and imprints stuck in our aura and we can release them with shimmering. Just feel
your energy field and visualize your aura in the shape of a perfect egg, we call it the cosmic
egg. Visualize the blue arcturian light is at the outer edge of your aura now and shimmer your
aura from your 3rd dimensional being to this blue line at your 5th dimensional aura. Do it a
couple of times and you feel the densities released from your chakras and body fields, and you
will feel a vibrational increase finally and feel lighter, as you lost density and gravity. You
can repeat anytime. Now the light is flowing better through you to the earth grid, you can feel
this down from your feet and also the light flowing into you.

Now as your aura is cleansed, you are able to receive higher energies into your aura. And you
can shimmer your aura at a higher speed, you are shining now and shimmering at a higher
speed,which enables you to hold more light.

The light will guide you from here on. Sometimes it is hard to open the crown chakra and
accept the divinity, the golden light, the christ light. In this case I just say that I allow
arcturians to work with me in the subconscious and share my records.
