24 The Inaugural Session of the Sangguniang Bayan of San Jose, Batangas started with a call to order from
25 the Presiding Officer at 12:01 PM. The Secretary was instructed to conduct a roll call and noted the attendance
26 of all Members of the Sangguniang Bayan. The prayer was led by Hon. Marife E. Bathan.

28 To start with, the Municipal Vice-Mayor and the new SB Presiding Officer welcomed the SB Members and
29 gave his message soliciting support for his administration. A 5-minute recess followed as the new Municipal
30 Mayor is being fetched by the Secretary for the presentation of his Executive Agenda.

32 The Municipal Mayor, Hon. Valentino R. Patron delivered his message.

34 Next in the Calendar of Business is the initial discussion of the Internal Rules of Procedure of the
35 Sangguniang Bayan and the same was passed on First Reading on motion of Hon. Ronald I. Apritado setting
36 first the time, date and venue of the next session. It will be on Monday, July 4, 2016 starting at 9:00 AM at
37 the SB Session Hall. This was seconded by Hon. Marife E. Bathan.

39 As all in the Calendar had been taken up, the session adjourned at 12:16 PM.
