Dear Candidate,

1. We thank you for responding to our advertisement for recruitment of Management Trainee (Technical) in our
organization against Recruitment Advertisement No.02/2010.
2. We invite you to appear for Preliminary Written Test at the above mentioned centre/venue on the date and time
specified. Request for change of centre/venue will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Admission for the test will be strictly on production of Admit Card with photograph affixed on it. Late comers will not be
permitted to appear in the test.
4. You are to bring blue/black ball point pen (and not Gel pen) for the test.
5. Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes or books, correction fluid, calculators, mobile phones, electronic
diary, alarm clocks, scanning device, writing pads, pencil boxes, beepers and cameras etc. in the examination hall. Any
candidate found in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means will be
summarily disqualified.
6. The Admit Card along with answer sheet will have to be surrendered to the invigilator after the test.
7. Candidates short listed on the basis performance in preliminary written test have to appear for a final written test to be
held at Visakhapatnam on a later date. The short list and date of final written test will be displayed on our
website www.vizagsteel.com on or after 7th July, 2010. No TA will be paid by the company for appearing in the written
test.
8. In the final written test, along with questions pertaining to Aptitude and Knowledge in English, question papers will be
set separately for each discipline.
9. Marks of the final test shall only be considered along with marks of subsequent interviews for preparing the final
 selection list.
10. Candidates should carry any of the following in original as proof of identity without which they may not be allowed to
write the written test :- Voter Identity Card / Passport / PAN Card / Driving license / Credit Card issued by banks with
photo.
11. Your candidature for this test is provisional and subject to your having passed the qualifying examination with the
required percentage of marks by 30.6.2010 and meeting the other eligibility conditions as indicated in the Advertisement
and required medical standards. This letter should, therefore, not be construed as acceptance of your eligibility for
recruitment as a Management Trainee (Technical) in RINL/VSP. If at any stage it is found that you are not eligible for the
test, your candidature will be rejected.
