The United Parcel Service (UPS) should create a cross-functional team that would
mainly focus on doing researches on the trends of different mobile phone that are
happening in the world and come up with innovations that would make UPS have a
competitive advantage in IS technology against Android and iPhone. Being up-to-
date with the trends and have an improvement that would be on par against the
leading mobile phone brands would generate more income.

The UPS should also fnd different ways on connecting to its other users and not
solely depend on the UPS network. The strength if its cellular carriers should also be
reinforced to present its reliability to the clients. Having a broader range of
accessibility for its users across the world would attract people to use UPS therefore
earning additional income for the company.

VI. Conclusions

The United Parcel Service should solve its problem being slow on releasing new
products and having innovations. However they should not solely focus all their
efforts in their weakness. They should furthermore enhance their strengths because
it is their competitive advantage against the other mobile phone brands, improving
their technology one way to handle all the needs of the internal and external users
of UPS. The more time they spend on being idle and with no improvement in their
process the more they would fall behind their competitors. Company, especially
those that are engaged in the technology business, should never stop or be slow in
fnding different ways to improve their products or services.
