ENTERTAINMENT CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 5 th day of November,

2016 by and between the MUNICIPALITY OF PALO, LEYTE represented
by HON. REMEDIOS L. PETILLA, Municipal Mayor hereinafter referred to as
the First Party

and

PHILIPPINE EDUCATIONAL THEATER ASSOCIATION, represented

by ABIGAIL G. BILLONES, Lingap Sining Project Director, with office address
at No. 5 Eymard Drive, New Manila, Quezon City 1112 Philippines, hereinafter referred
to as the Second Party

Whereas, the First Party has engaged the services of the

Second Party to perform on November 6, 2016, 7-10 pm during the
KADASIG CONCERT- Pasundayag Ha Palo at the Palo Pag-ibig Plaza
as one of the socio-cultural shows slated to commemorate the Third
Yolanda Anniversary Celebration

Now, therefore, the first party hereby enters into an ENTERTAINMENT

CONTRACT with the second party, whereby the First Party engages the
services of the Second Party under the following terms and condition:

1. The FIRST PARTY shall pay the SECOND PARTY the amount of SEVENTY
FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P75,000) as performance package
inclusive of the following:

HONORARIA AND ARTIST FEES

Artists P75, 000.00

a.) Renz Verano
b.) PhilPOP Artist
c.) PETA CHOIR

and that the First Party is required to pay Sixty Percent (60%) of the
total package which is FOURTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(P45,000.00) upon signing of the contract. The remaining balance in
the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 30, 000.00) shall
be given right after the performance of the Second Party;

2. In consideration of the above amount the SECOND PARTY shall perform

during the said event on November 6, 2016.
 The FIRST PARTY AND SECOND PARTY agree and warrant that they have
full understanding of the terms and conditions set forth in this contract. The
parties hereto agree that the proper Philippine Court shall have jurisdiction
over the case, and further, that the attorneys fee Equivalent to 25% of the
disputed amount shall be added to the cost of the suit as maybe deemed
proper by the court.
