To design a socio cultural centre that promotes culture and arts in the form of visual and
performing arts, and provides intellectual services through seminars, meeting, debates and
discussions. It also provides community service through its residential (guest rooms) and
catering facilities where people meet and mingle together.
This art centre is proposed by the Delhi Development Authority, and is named 'Indraprastha
Sanskriti Kala Kendra', the site for which is allocated in the Sector 10 of Dwarka, New Delhi.
