Coldstore Doors
Coldstore doors are essential part of cold and chill store

Automatic command is an option for each type of sliding door.
Protective Coating
All doors have a PES lacquer coating of 25m thickness. This is
further covered with removable PES foil. Insulation is provided
by rigid polyurethane foam with a density of 40 kg/m3.
Door Surrounds
The door surrounds consist of rounding gasket seals which
contact the door on three sides on both the leaf and frame.
The seal on the lower part of the door is formed by a rubber
sweeper gasket.
Door Leaf
In all of our door production we use standard 0.5mm
standard gauge steel, the same grade that is used in the
production of our Roof and Wall Panel Products. For more
specific usage or requirements we also manufacture doors
in 0.6mm gauge stainless steel. Also if required for special-
ist project specification we can also provide a stainless
steel door rounding in a polished finished thickness of
0.6mm.
A further advantages of KINGSPAN coldstore doors
is our ability to produce different colours other than
RAL 9010/9002 colours on the door leaf. We have the
additional ability to produce the door leaf in two colours
on the inside and on the outside

Threshold
All door thresholds designed for freezer rooms contain
a heated cable to prevent water condensation.
Door Frame
Galvanized steel PES coating polyester lacquer 25m
thickness covered with removable foil. Double sided
connection to installation with insulated panel.
One sided when assemble to in brickwork.
