About NATCOM - NATCOM Consortium was formed by acquiring NITEL (Nigeria Telecom) and Ntel (Nigerian

mobile telecommunications ltd) . NATCOM consortium consists of Skye Bank, PCCW Hong Kong and Ericsson

Nigeria . NATCOM intends to do initial roll out a nationwide broadband network in Nigeria using LTE technology

for the delivery of broadband, multi-media and other related services.

NATCOM has awarded SI and MS 3 years deal to Tech Mahindra to provide an e2e turnkey solution for the Design,

planned to setting up the 4G LTE network to provide the premium quality wireless broadband connectivity and

related services to the ghanain market. Surfline launched its revolutionary 4G LTE network in 2014 to meet the

emergent and largely unfulfilled data needs of ghana's businesses, government agencies, professional communities

and residential users.

NCL ECAT application collects information on alarms and events that occur on the Transmission network. This

network, collects alarms from SDH Network and forwards to Fault management system. ECAT application is

critical for the Network Maintenance; it receives the Network event information (alarms) from different element

Singl.eView (Intec product) Telecom Billing system: Singl.eView Convergent Billing has been designed specifically

for new generation customer care and billing environments to increase competitive advantage by making it easier

to design, deliver, and bill the products and services customers want. It provides modules for billing, mediation,
rating, discounting, and invoice generation. Singl.eView Convergent Billing is based on industry standard

architecture, relational database technology and interfaces, to ensure portability across operating platforms

Designing and Analyzing interface between Singl.eView and eCOM for Upfront Payments. Responsible for making

operational the ADC - Clarify interface for invoice Payments. Designing of Standard Operating Procedures for the
