Dear Sir/Madam,

Good day!

The Supreme Student Council is planning to have a Christmas Party with the theme
of A Winter Candy Land on December 19, 2015 to be held on the AU Quadrangle.
For Filipinos, Christmas is a yearly event that children and even adults look forward
to. In lieu of this, the SSC decided to make this coming event more memorable by
organizing a Christmas party. We aim to make this coming holidays not just a
semester break for students, but also an opportunity to promote camaraderie
between colleges, a chance to make new friends, and of course, as a celebration of
the birth of Jesus Christ. To ensure that the objectives will be met, the SSC will
conduct a friendly competition, organize games, supply the food for the
participants/audience and give prizes to the winners of the competition and games.

The competition on the said event is a Chorale Competition. It is a singing contest

wherein every department will form a group and sing a Christmas carol. Every group
will have the freedom to choose if they will sing with an instrumental track (minus
one music), with an accompaniment or a cappella.

In connection with this, we ask for your support in requiring students of availing
Christmas party tickets from the Supreme Student Council Office located beside the
Bursars Office starting from November 28, 2015 until December 16, 2015. The
price of the ticket is 150 which will be used to purchase games paraphernalia,
prizes and to provide food for the attendees. We also request that you grant grade
incentives to those students who will buy tickets from your department.
