Everything in the world can be change caused by technology. Especially for


young learners. In this case most of them have a personal mobile phone. Parents who
had sufficiency necessity let their chidren having personal mobile phone. They often do
not know the threat for children who have personal mobile phone. Now, children easier
than ever to access the internet. The threat can come from the child or from the
environment around them. Children of elementary school still needs control from their
parents because at that time they still undergo development. There are some vices when
young learners have personal mobile phone that disturbing the growth and development
of them.

Mobile phones and Internet have the great role in making advantages. Students
can study in collaborative and add their knowledge. They can do research for their
schoolwork and homework. They also explore the material from teacher. If they do not
understand, they search the examples that correlated with the material by using internet
access. On the other hand, spending time on the mobile phone have a negative impact
on young learners. By personal mobile phone students had personal tend to focus on
