23 Defendants Jamba Juice Company and Inventure Foods hereby notify the Court that

24 notice of the proposed class settlement was provided under the Class Action Fairness Act, 28

25 U.S.C. 1715 CAFA). CAFA provides that no later than ten days after a proposed settlement

26 of a class action is filed in court, each defendant shall serve upon the appropriate state official of

27 each state in which a class member resides a notice of the proposed settlement and specified

28 supporting documentation. Id. 1715(b). In compliance with CAFA, Defendants retained Dahl

1 Administration, LLC to send notice of the proposed class settlement in the action to the United
2 States Attorney General and to the Attorneys General of all 50 states and the territories. (See
3 Ex. 1, Decl. of Anna H. Finn (Finn Decl.) 1 & Ex. B thereto.) Within ten days after the
4 proposed class settlement and motion for preliminary approval were filed in this action on
5 December 1, 2014 (Doc. 60), notice was sent via certified mail to the U.S. Attorney General and
6 the Attorneys General of all 50 states and the territories. The notice provided complied with the
7 statutory requirements. (See Finn Decl., Ex. A.) To date, none of the recipients has filed any
8 objections or comments in this action. (Finn Decl. 5.)
