loads, welding etc, and take
precautions to guard against them.

as per lock out procedure.
Employees must confirm relevant area
isolation procedure with their supervisor
before commencing work task.
All QA documentation must be
completed.
Wear appropriate PPE when testing.

unattended during commissioning.
Use `fit for purpose PPE & tools when
commissioning such as insulating gloves,
insulating mat, insulating screens or
barriers, insulated tools and LV rescue
kit as required.
Commissioning work may never be
conducted alone and all persons involved
must have completed appropriate,
current LV rescue training.
Apprentices may only work on live
equipment as part of their trade training
under the direct supervision of a qualified
electrician.
All QA documentation must be
completed.
