The Wisconsin Venture Capital Association is a non-profit trade association designed to improve conditions

for the venture capital sector and encourage collaboration among investors in Wisconsins entrepreneurial
ecosystem. The WVCA welcomes private and corporate venture capital funds, angel investors, institutional
investors, accelerators, university and economic development participants, and service providers as members.

NETWORKING
The venture capital industry has always relied on networking and collaboration to achieve success. The WVCA
believes that this starts with routine meetings where investors get to know others in the sector. The WVCA will hold
regular forums to discuss current topics impacting the industry, share expertise and experience among members,
and discuss deals for which they are seeking participants. The goal is to encourage strong working relationships,
syndication, and build consensus around issues.

ADVOCACY
The WVCA will serve as a united voice to policymakers on behalf of the accelerators, angels, venture capitalists,
and institutional investors in Wisconsins entrepreneurial ecosystem. The Board will work to find balance and
mutual support across the financing continuum for groups that could otherwise have divergent interests. The
WVCA will work to build consensus with other groups to support our positions, and mobilize legislative outreach
from across the state.

RECOGNITION
The WVCA looks to encourage entrepreneurship and participation in the venture capital asset class. That starts
with highlighting the role models and success stories in Wisconsin, as well as promoting the accomplishments
of the sector and benefits of the industry to diverse audiences in the state. This will be achieved by celebrating
industry successes at our annual meeting and through public relations with the press.

INVESTOR RELATIONS
The WVCA will strive to build investor interest in the sector by helping to expand the connections between members
and the institutions and family offices that are capable of investing in the sector by helping them gain awareness
of the opportunities in the state.
