HEADING AND SUBHEADINGS

Main heading; The main heading is typed in All CAPS and centered over the line of writing, followed by

one blank line double space) if a secondary heading is used or by two line spaces (triple space) if no

secondary heading (if used) is typed a double space below the main heading with only main words

capitalized, followed by two blank line spaces.

Side heading: main words of side headings begin with capital letters. The headings are typed underlined,

even with the left margin, and with no terminal punctuation .A triple space is left above and a double

space is left below a side heading.

Paragraph headings: A paragraph heading, underlined, and followed by a period. Most often only first

word and proper nouns are capitalized.

Footnotes: the preferred placement of footnotes is in numerical order ending about one inch from the

The secretary reported that the application for a bar license at this years annual dinner and dance had

been approved.

4 ARRAMGEMENT FOR ANNUAL DINNER AND DANCE

Miss West announced that she had made arrangement for the Paul Smithson group to play at fee of
$200.00. She also stated that the printing of tickets was in progress.

5 ANY OTHER BUSINESS

There was no other business

6 NEXT MEETING

The date and time of the meeting was fixed for the 30 April, 2017 at 1800 hrs.
