 Types
In order to meet the recommendations and specifications of our clients,
Amerplastics provides two types of Intergate Safety Gate;

Single bar (SG)

In many circumstances the Single Gate provides an excellent
economic solution.
Double bar (DG)
Double bar gates meet the continuously improving safety regulations.

For safety reasons, Amerplastics only uses fire retardant polyurethane.

All Safety Gates are in safety yellow (RAL 1004).

Opening
To determine the opening direction of the gate, imagine to enter a
platform coming from a ladder. The gate needs to open in the walking-
direction. The universal hinge can be mounted either left or right.

Mounting
To mount the gate only three holes are required (2 for the hinge and
1 for the support block). After mounting the gate can be cut to size.
The overlap on the post should be minimal 30mm. The support block
provides extra support.

SG 500 and DG 500 for gate opening: 300 - 530 mm
SG 630 and DG 630 for gate opening: 531 - 670 mm
SG 760 and DG 760 for gate opening: 671 - 795 mm
SG 890 and DG 890 for gate opening: 796 - 940 mm

Windlock
To prevent opening of the gate by wind, a windlock can be mounted.

Accessoiries
Safety gates can be mounted on vertical square, round of angle profiles.
Round post adaptors are available if required.
