Reporting Officers Summary of Offense/Incident:

Miss Watson (V) reported that her slave,

Jim(S), ran away from her. According to the
victim, she was ordering for a glass of milk
before bed, when she realized that Jim was no
where to be found. Since he is a slave, it is
easily assumed that his wish is to gain freedom
and independence. The victim also reported
that the cause of Jims escape might be due to
her conversation with The Widow Douglas(W).
Miss Watson allegedly said: I dont want to sell
him, but I could get eight hundred dollars out of
Jim; therefore, selling Jim is a very good
option.
