04'03.2017 South West Zonal Level Committee, has been scheduled to meet
' on Ol.O4.2ol7 to inspect the
night shelters' The foliowing members shall visit Night Shelters mentioned against their
names:-

1. The timings of visit shall be between 6 to g pm, extendable to further time, if so required.
2. The committee shall submit the report to the undersigned as per the format attached (Annexure)
immediately after the inspection.
3. The committee shall look into the cleanliness of the shelter, availability of water for bathing, drinking
and
other purposes, availability and cleanliness of the blankets, durries etc.,
4. The committee shall also record the general opinion of the occupants of the shelter regarding the
maintenance ofthe shelter, attitude ofthe caretakers etc.,
5. The committee shall also look into the functioning of rescue teams in rescuing the homeless people
sleeping on the roadside.
