sideways. All the parts of the door opening mechanism have been made by ROTEX for an easy assembly. This

INTRODUCTION
BRIEF INTRODUCTION : Electric folding
door mechanism is the technology
introduced by Japan, a new improved
driving mechanism for opening/closing
by the folding door of buses. The
benefits are - compact structure, fine
performance and long life service . It also
has anti-clamp feature to overcome the
seizure of cylinder piston rod movement
to water condensation in cold areas. This
electrical door mechanism is ideal for
buses with no air supply & have foldable
doors.

Function : These three switches are located on the dashboard in
the drivers compartment. All switches are Rocker switches with
indicator type.

Human Sensor
Function : It is object sensitive type. It is fitted on the mounting
plate with its sensor opening towards the floor of the bus. The
length of the sensing range according to requirement at the body
building end. The sensor is active when the door is in open
condition. During the door closing if somebody tries to get into or
out of the bus, it senses the person and gives signal to the
controller to retract the door.
Air Filter+Regulator
Function : By using this component we can control the door
open/close operation smoothly. Sudden jerks can be avoided with
constant door operation timing irrespective of pressure variation at
the main air inlet also It provides the filtered air in the system .

Function : It is an intermediate harness for system
