This proposal is based on International Standard Design Criteria and Standard

Materials Specifications. However, the overall dimensions and layout are in general
accordance with your inquiry. The proposal covers the design, fabrication, supply
and erecting of pre-engineered steel building items as well as Civil and Finishing
works described in the enclosed documents.

This proposal is containing detail description, other terms and conditions of sale and
necessary relevant information, that are to be treated as an integral part of our
proposal. We hope the proposal would be satisfactory and competitive as per your

SECTION-2: DESIGN CODES

The following codes have applied to design this Auditorium.

Loads are considered in accordance with:

1. Bangladesh National Building Code-2008 (BNBC)

2. International Building Code: 2006, International Code Council Inc (ICC);
3. Low Raise Building Manual-2006, Metal Building Manufactures Association Inc
(MBMA);

Cold rolled sections and built up sections are designed in accordance with:

1. Manual of Steel Construction (1989): Allowable Stress Design. American

Institute of Steel Construction, Inc. (AISC)
2. AISC (2001): LRFD Manual of Steel Construction (3 rd Edition)
3. AISI: American Iron and Steel Institute (1996: Cold Form Steel design Manual.

Total Area of the Building : 5,124 Sft

Cost of steel Part : 1,500,000.00

Cost of Civil Part + Finishing : 3,500,000.00

Total Amount : 5,000,000.00 (Negotiated)

In words : BDT Fifty Lacs Only.

SECTION-4: SCOPE OF WORK

Pre-engineered steel Building including foundation, Sheeting, 5mm thick

Insulation, Ridge capping, Gutter, Down water spout.
RCC Footing, CC Flooring, RCC Beam, RCC Column, Brick wall, Glass work,
Store Exterior tiles work, Mural work, Drain work, Plaster work.
For civil work - 1 st class brick, Machine made brick, 1 st class picket chips (3/4
down size), cement, 16mm & 10mm steel bar, filling sand, local sand & wares
sand should be use.
1 nos of Logo of name as per approved design.
2x3 & 4x 3 terracotta as per approved design.
Dolphin logo on as per approved design.
Window Grill, Wooden door, Glass Door, Thai glass and Glass paneling work
need to be done as per drawing.

SECTION-5: TIME FRAME

90 Days from the date of receipts the work order and depends on cash flow.

SECTION-6: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All kinds of working tools & equipment will be supplied by the contractor.
All utility (Electricity, water etc) will be supplied by client.
Any utility or difficulties those are obstruct the work are not included in our
price and time.
Working time considered 24 hrs.
Labour accommodation will be supplied by Client.

50% of total Amount along with Work order.

20% of total amount after mobilize materials.

15% of total amount after finished all civil work.
10% of total amount after finished all Steel Fabrication work.
05% will be paid after finished the contract.
