A RESOLUTION TO REQUEST THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
REGIONAL FIELD OFFICE REGION III (DA) RFU 3 HEADED BY DIRECTOR
ANDREW B. VILLACORTA, REGIONAL DIRECTOR FOR THE PROVISION OF ONE
(1) UNIT COMBINE HARVESTER.

WHEREAS, PINAGPALANG ANAOFIA INC. OF Anao, Mexico, Pampanga,

that having control realize over all aspect of the rice and corn industry is the
only way to attain its dream of a genuine agriculture development.

WHEREAS,THE PINAGPALANG ANAO FIA INC., has been successful in

yielding socio-political and economic gains in each rice and corn production.

WHEREAS,THE PINAGPLANG ANAO FIA INC. to minimize cost production

by renting facilities in terms of past harvest operations. The association
needed one (1) unit combine harvester to be utilize in irrigators operation
devoted for our rice and corn production.
 WREREAS, TINAGPALANG ANAO FIA INC. OF ANAO, Mexico, Pampanga
has a total of 471 hectares of irrigated rice and corn land and has 170 active
members that will be directly benefit under the facility and has access to the
service of expert personnel to manage and operate the said equipment.

NOW THEREFORE, for the motion of Vice Chairman Conrado Sunga, it is

hereby resolved the PINAGPALANG ANAO FIA INC. of Anao, Mexico,
Pampanga. Is requesting assistance from the office of DR.ANDREW
VILLACORTA DVM, CESO III, Executive regional Director Dept. of Agriculture
Regional Field unit no.III of the acquisition of I unit combine harvester.

RESOLVED Further that PINAGPALANG ANAO FIA INC. of Anao, Mexico,

Pampanga shall part of the required equity to the said equipment which will
be made available upon the approval of their request.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this 5fth day of February 2017 in Barangay
