Steve jobs had made his success through trial and error which took him many years to

perfect. Success doesn't come easy, and the article Steve Jobs: Success Story highlights some

of the accomplishments and successes that Steve Jobs had over his lifetime. In the following

paragraph, I will describe some of Steve Jobs successes.

Steve Jobs is my favorite success story because he started out working inside of a garage

with the co founder Steve Wozniak. Just like the famous song lyrics, started from the bottom

now were here, Steve Jobs literally started from the bottom from working in a garage to

creating Apple, one of the most successful businesses ever created. Success did not come

overnight to Steve Jobs though. He failed in creating the original Macintosh. Shortly after the

production of the Macintosh, Steve Jobs was fired from Apple. He then started a new company

called neXT, but that also failed. Even after many failures, he continued to follow his passions

and dreams. Steve Jobs persevered and ended up creating the first Apple computer.

By the time he was twenty three years old, Steve Jobs was a millionaire due to the

success of the computer. Steve Jobs had many investments that helped to make him money. For

example, he bought Lucasfilms computer graphic division. He renamed it Pixar, which is known

for childrens movies such as Toy Story and Finding Nemo. Jobs eventually became the biggest

shareholder of The Walt Disney Company. Steve Jobs is a great symbol for success because it

took him long hours and hard work to get to where he is he proves that being successful isnt

always easy.

Walt Disney was another successful person despite setbacks. The source I chose to show

his success is Of Failure and Success: The Journey of Walt Disney. This source highlights the

ups and downs of Walt Disneys career.

Walt Disney actually dropped out of school at sixteen years old and tried to join the army,

but he was too young. He started drawing for newspapers, and on one of his first attempts at his

own studio he went bankrupt. Walt Disneys success story is very similar to that of Steve Jobs,

too, except his success story started out in the back of a small office owned by Holly-Vermont

Realty with his brother, Roy. The company, Disney, started with their creations of short cartoon

animations. They created Mickey Mouse, a cute cartoon character. The cartoon animations, and

Mickey Mouse, were a hit to the public, and eventually they took their success further.

They bought up land in Florida, which is known for being swamp-filled, and created

great amusement parks on the land. They turned something gross and unused into something that

would bring profits and tourists to Florida. Disney World is still a tourist hit today. They also

created Disneyland in California, which is another popular tourist destination. The fact that they

started from nothing is a great example of success, and it's crazy how far their ideas led them.

The article, 9 Success Lessons You Can Learn from Mike Tyson is very enlightening

and shows all of the ways Mike Tyson is a success.

Mike Tyson is a very successful man for the fact that he bit a mans ear off once and that's

what made him big. It is difficult to bite a persons ear off, and he put a lot of force behind it to

make it happen. Aside from having to be extremely violent to make it big, he is a fantastic boxer.

He has had a total of fifty wins in his boxing career, forty-four knockouts, and only six losses.

That means even if you put Arnold Schwarzeneggers muscular body up against Mike Tyson,

Mike Tyson would most likely still win. The statistics show that he wins way more often than he

loses. He works hard for those wins too and that is why he is successful. Boxers have to put a lot

of time in at the gym to build up their muscle and practice their hits in order to be good in their

performance. Mike Tyson, especially with his track record, obviously puts in a lot of time at the

gym to make sure he gets those wins. Mike Tyson does not give up, even if that means biting off

another persons ear, and that's what I believe makes him such a successful man. Most other

people would not fight to that degree.

Mike Tyson ended up being successful because of his ability to persevere. That is what

makes these people special though is that they did not care about the barriers on their way toward

their dreams and because of that they were successful.
