1.2 Raw coil material inspection.

GQIS inspector performed inspection for coil material according to ITP and purchase order, the detail inspection
content as following table, all the data in line with purchase order and result satisfactory.

1.3 Visual and dimension inspection

GQIS inspector performed visual and dimension inspection for pile No. 3568-C03-064 according to ITP(No.14),
the inspection result as: outside diameter: 912mm~913.5mm, roundness:1.5mm,straightness:3mm, welding
reinforce: 2mm, all these data in line with applicable document 3568-MPS-01 CK/QP5.7.4 and drawing and
satisfactory.

1.4 Witness MT.

As per ITP, GQIS inspector witnessed the UT process for weld seam of pile; Before testing, GQIS inspector
inspector reviewed the certificates for MT persons, checked the period of validity of MT equipment,
magnetic suspension liquid,test condition, procedure, test process, calibration piece applicable, and satisfactory.
no indication was detected during testing and accepted.
