Monitor the existing network status by using U2000
Check the overbooking status of transmission network.
Optimize Microwave transmission network in terms of frequency and capacity and provide solution
to customer.
Monitoring the transmission KPI of network.
Planning for redundant or alternate path to secure RNC/MSC/BSC/BTS/NodeB/eNodeB
Provide solutions for service affected Microwave Links.
Support implementation team during installation and commissioning.
Design the transmission route for 2G, 3G and LTE traffic.
Prepare budget planning for respective region to cover the roll out as per customer requirements.
Check the Microwave link's performance quality/KPI as per designing after finishing the
implementation.
Analysis, design and prepare BOQ for new project.
Analysis, design and prepare BOQ as a yearly basis by considering new roll out.
Maintain all project updates within required system for assigned project area.
Participate in all project/team related conference calls.
Provide technical solution to customer by optimizing the existing network.
Communicate with customer to collect the required information from point of transmission view.
Meet required Engineering timelines for the Engineering Projects.

Working Experience in significant project in UAE through Huawei UAE:

I am working in a significant Microwave transmission project "Emirates Integrated
Telecommunications Company, Dubai, UAE" from Huawei Technologies Company Ltd. UAE as a
Microwave Transmission Engineer. My responsibility to design and planning microwave transmission
network for 2G 3G and LTE network by using RTN900 and RTN380. I am responsible for 2G 3G
rollout project and LTE project.

Siemens, Ericsson, NEC, Stratex, Huawei etc.
Design & planning high capacity N+1 backbone link by using NEC equipment.

Optimize the existing transmission network by considering capacity, KPI.
Meet required Engineering timelines for the Engineering Projects.
Work with equipment vendor(s) in obtaining equipment quotes.

I have completed a significant Microwave transmission project from phase1-5 of PBTL from Huawei
Technologies Co (BD) Ltd. My responsibilities were as follows:
Review the design & BOQ of Microwave transmission network provided by Stratex, Siemens of
phase-1 &2.
Monitoring the implementation work of phase-1 & 2.
Make plan to cutover the existing Microwave Link to upgrade the capacity of phase-1 & 2.
Check the LOS survey report provided by subcontractor of phase-3, 4 & 5.
Perform PDH/SDH network optimization in terms of frequency and Capacity of phase-3, 4 & 5
Design & Planning the Microwave PDH/SDH transmission network by Stratex E-clips, Siemens,
Ericsson and Huawei equipment for phase-3, 4 & 5.
Prepare the Link budget for PDH/SDH Microwave Link of phase-3, 4 & 5.
Prepare the BOQ of Microwave Transmission Network of phase-3,4 & 5.
Monitoring the implementation work of phase-3, 4 & 5.
Check the whole Microwave transmission network quality.

network by Huawei equipment. My responsibilities were as follows:
LOS survey for Microwave transmission network.
Perform PDH/SDH network optimization in terms of frequency and Capacity.
Design & planning PDH/SDH Microwave transmission network by Huawei Microwave equipment
RTN620 and RTN610.
Prepare the Link budget for PDH/SDH Microwave Link.
 Prepare the BOQ by Huawei Microwave equipment RTN620, RTN610 and Optical Mux Metro1000.
Prepare the implementation plan of Microwave transmission network.
