ASSEMBLY AND USE

SETTING UP WITH TRIPOD

Roughly adjust the height of the floor prop,

using the fastening clamp.
Put up each removable folding tripod.

Put the floor prop into the tripod and fix it

in place with the clamping lever.
Before stepping onto the formwork, check
again to make sure that the props have
been correctly fixed in the tripods.

With the prop upright, use the adjusting

nut for precision adjustment.

SETTING UP WITHOUT TRIPOD

To prevent toppling, use retaining head H20 DF to secure intermediate
props for floor formwork.
When using props as temporary reshoring, press them sufficiently tightly
to the underside of the floor slab so that they cannot topple.

PRACTICAL NOTES:
1. Table form system is very simple
and can be erected in the site
easily, while the transportation,
handling, and usage of the
transport spreader and the
shifting trolley can be applied be
persons who have an adequate
technical knowledge.
2. The system incorporates many
features that are applied for
various site requirements related
to loading and geometry.
3. The system must be positioned
on a solid and stable ground.
During moving and shifting
operation of the tables, no
persons, tools or materials are
allowed to be on the tables.
4. Special attention is required for
shifting and transport activities.
Instructions of our technical
Table Form with aluminum beams representative are necessary.
5. Damages parts have to be stored
out and replaced by new ones.
6. The load-bearing capacity of the
crane must be considered.
7. Low stacking height when
transported and stored.
8. Forming can continue seamlessly
into infill zones and closure gaps.
9. The technically perfected
individual components make a big
contribution to higher speeds.

HORIZONTAL REPOSITIONING

SHIFTING TROLLEY
It is used to transport table formwork in horizontal direction.
Depending on the size of the table and the situation on the
site, the Shifting trolley is pushed under the table either from
one end or one side of the table.
First align all the swivel casters in the direction in which you
will want to wheel the trolley out, and only then lift the table.

Min height: 1750 cm Weight: 516.31 Kg

Max height: 3250 cm Bearing Load: 15 ~20 KN

Lining and leveling

With the Shifting trolley tables can be exactly positioned, and
lined-and-leveled.
The positioning lever - supplied along with the trolley - is
used for exactly aligning the heavy-duty swivel casters in the
from 1750 to 3250 mm

desired direction of travel.

Insert the positioning lever into the basic frame as far as
it will go.
Push down the positioning lever.
This lifts the wheel slightly off the ground, making it easy
to align the wheel in the desired direction of travel.
Repeat this procedure on all 4 wheels.
Then wheel the table exactly into position.
Lift the tables up to the desired height and fine-adjust the
floor props accordingly.
