Ensure concrete strength test result are satisfactory prior to start

Check and ensure the concrete pre-pour inspection check sheet is

acceptable for the precast member
Check and ensure the concrete pouring inspection check sheet and
5 field concrete pouring check sheet are acceptable for the precast
member
Check and ensure the concrete post pour inspection check sheet and
6 field concrete pouring check sheet are acceptable and protective
coating application is complete.
Check cast date and foundation type is legibly marked on the precast
7
member

Check and installed coordinates in plan and elevation for the anchor
8
bolts and top of concrete of installed precast members

Check all anchor bolts exposed threaded portion is covered with a film
9
of degree to avoid corrosion
Check and ensure back filling around installed foundation is carried out
10 in layers as per project specification and compacted to required
degree of compaction (verify compaction test report
