Michigan Turf & Ornamental is a division of Farmers Co-Op Elevator Inc. The main
advantage to you is that we offer patronage. Did you know that we pay approxi-
mately 2% or more of what members spent with us back to our members. We also
offer a wide variety of products that other green industry suppliers do not, such
as: bio-diesel fuel, bulk diesel, gasoline, oil, and other lubricants, bulk liquid fertiliz-
er, bulk granular fertilizer, bulk lime, feed, greenhouse supplies, and pet food.

A variety of delivery options are available. Deliveries can be made to you with a
pickup, a dump trailer for bulk deliveries, or with our piggy back fork-lift that fits on
the back of our 36 semi or our 48 semi-trailers (we need a 136 clearance to
avoid damaging roofs or wires). We also can arrange direct deliveries for you
using a variety of trucking companies that have leads, pups, 53 van trailers, or flat-
beds. Please call by 1:30 p.m. one or two days prior to delivery for our best
service.

An open credit account is available with the submission of a credit application (see
the last page of the catalog). Payments are due 30 days from date of pur-
chase (a charge of 2%, 24% Annual will be added to all past due accounts). When

TRU-Wood SSM is a stabilized mulch matrix system
specifically designed for temporary soil stabilization
and erosion control on areas where the soil has
been disturbed. It is very cost effective for 3-6
month protection on flat to medium slopes. The
SSM consists of proprietary, cross linked, non-toxic
tackifier blended with long strand virgin wood fibers.
The mulch matrix is mixed like a hydromulch, and
when sprayed it forms a mat that conforms and ad-
heres to the soil. The porous erosion resistant ma-
trix mat protects the soil surface and holds the soil
particles in place immediately after application. This
process generates favorable micro-climate for fast
seed germination, while the mat increases soil stabi-
lization and integrity after repeated rains.

TRU-Wood BFM consists of long strands of virgin
wood fibers with the extra holding power of a high
strength, non-toxic, hydrocolloid-based binder. The

that adheres to the soil. When the dry bonded fi-
ber, matrix mat is porous, erosion resistant and pro-
tects the soil surface. The matrix retains its form
and soil protection despite rewetting. When applied
over the soil, the wood fibers twist and lock with
each other and the soil as they dry. With the bind-
er, the holding power of the fiber to the soil is much

 By signing this credit application/agreement, the individual executing this Application below on behalf
of Buyer, individually and personally, represents and warrants to Farmers Co-Op Elevator that;
1) he/she is authorized to execute this Application on behalf of Buyer; 2) the information set forth in this
Application is accurate and complete; 3) Buyer agrees that the prevailing party in any proceeding to
enforce this Guarantee or to resolve a dispute with Farmers Co-Op Elevator will be entitled to recover its
costs, including attorneys fees, collection agency fee, from the other party; and 4) any legal action
brought by Buyer will be in the jurisdiction of Ottawa County, and Buyer hereby submits to the
jurisdiction of said courts. The laws of the State of Michigan will apply. Buyer agrees to pay interest on
any unpaid purchases after 30 days of the invoice date, at the rate of 2% per month, 24% per
annum, or the maximum judicial rate, whichever is less. Buyer also agrees to pay $25.00 for each check
issued by Buyer to Farmers Co-Op Elevator which is returned to Farmers Co-Op Elevator unpaid or
marked NSF.

In signing this Application, Buyer agrees to all of the above and hereby grants permission for credit
information to be verified by company(ies) and financial institution(s) that the Buyer has specified on
this document and other that Farmers Co-Op Elevator becomes aware of during the credit review
process and from time to time. The undersigned also understands that Farmers Co-Op Elevator will
retain this Application, whether or not it is approved, and that Farmers Co-Op Elevator will consider this
Application as a continuing statement of the undersigneds financial position and situation until notified
otherwise by the Buyer.

In order for Farmers Co-Op Elevator to sell and to continue to sell to Buyer, Buyer hereby represents
and warrants that it is solvent and that it pays its obligations as they become due. The preceding
representation and warranty will be deemed to be repeated in each purchase by Buyer.

Faxed documents will be deemed as original. No oral agreements will be accepted. The terms on this
credit application/agreement overrides all others.

PERSONAL GUARANTEE The individual by signing this cr edit application/agr eement is executing this Application on behalf of Buyer and
personally guarantees, and agrees to be personally liable for failure of the performance by Buyer of, any and all sums due to Farmers Co-Op Elevator.
The personal guarantee also applies in the event that the Buyer declares Bankruptcy or applies for Bankruptcy protection.
