Jennifer Cross is a Healthcare Pension Specialist and works for HOOPP.After I
assessed Jennifer Crosss workspace and went over the notes I had made from my
checklist, there werent a lot of violations to her health. There are a few things I could
suggest to her and that would be to position her monitor screen better, so that she can
see the top third of her screen therefore, she wont strain her neck and wont have to
spend money on a chiropractor. Another thing she could do is take consistent breaks
when needed. She isnt constantly monitored by her supervisor and can take breaks
when she needs it, I believe she doesnt utilize this to her advantage. Every now and
then, she could walk around to get the blood flowing back into her legs where she
doesnt get enough circulation. Also, even just glancing away from the computer screen
will help, so she doesnt strain her eyes. Overall, her work space is well organized and
neat, her company has provided her with supportive chairs, and the office layout is an
open concept so theyre not violating any safety protocols. Jennifers email is
