Flashlight:

The flashlight mode let's you easily and

quickly activate the LED of your phone. The
big button acts as a permanent on/off switch
for the LED whilst the smaller momentarily
activates the led, as long as it is pressed.

Figure 1: The Main flashlight screen

By taping the little mic icon on the bottom left
corner of the window, you can activate the
clap listening control. On clap listening, the
iPhone will will turn the LED on/off in case it
detects claps or finger clicks. You can
choose the sensitivity level by pressing the
+/- button on the right. There are four
sensitivity levels. On level one the iPhone will
try to filter background noises while you are
clapping. On level four the iphone will try to
listen for any single change in the sound and
activate the LED. The clap system can be
used as a party control too. Just set it to level
1 and turn it on in a dance club. The LED will
turn on according to the beats of the music!
A sophisticated algorithm detects the
homogeneity of the background noise. If the
background noise is homogenous, it turns
the LED to clap mode and filters any
unwanted noise. If the background noise is
not homogenous, it turns the LED to music
reaction mode and tries to identify music
patterns to lit the LED accordingly.
Everything is automated, the app is really
smart and identifies where you are and why
you need the clap control for!

sounds or you can select a music from your
iTunes Library.
Light or Strobe on:

You can select the LED to go ON when the

alarm rings in a constant or strobe mode.
The timings of the strobe mode (how long the
LED will stay ON and how long OFF) are the
same as the ones you have set on the LED
strobe control from the flashlight view.

Select ON if you want to the alarm to be

repeated on specific days of the week. Select
OFF if you want the alarm to ring just once
on a specific date and then to be

Snooze:

Choose after how many minutes the snooze

will ring. If the snooze is active, you have the
option to convert it into decreased snooze.
The time of a decreased snooze will get
decreased to half every time a snooze rings.
For example if you select a 15 minute
snooze to be decreased, then the first time
the snooze is set it will ring after 15 minutes,
and then if you set the snooze again it will
ring after 7.5 minutes and if you set it again,
after 3.45 minutes, until it reaches 1 minute.
From that point it will ring every minute.
By using a decreased snooze is more
effective for your body to wake up as every
time you are having a snooze less time is
given to your body to sleep, putting it easier
in an alarming position.

It makes the sound or music of the alarm

gradually increased. You can set how many
seconds you need for the sound to reach to
the maximum level. Use it for an easier
waking up in the morning.
